Rite Aid in Old Forge is known for its best pharmacy team you'll ever meet. The store makes new customers feel like lifelong customers and goes above and beyond to take care of them. Everyone is great, including the young guy who does the drive thru, who is so nice, always smiles, looks at you, and is very pleasant. Store associates are pleasant and treat customers well. The store is clean and in a safe area surrounded by old forge pizza places. However, the team is too busy, overwhelmed by scripts, vaccines, and COVID calls, and it is hard for them to answer phones. Corporate needs to offer more money to reduce stress.
