Love this place. Prompt, courteous, kind and helpful staff. Especially when your dog is sick and you’re new to the practice and you’re a wreck. If I weren’t a human I think I’d pick to come here…if I were an animal I mean!

Let me tell you about a few. ..First I took my kitten there to get her fixed. Her initial appointment we told them we were coming to get her fixed. (Pre surgery approval appointment) we told them she isn't fixed. Once they took her into the back room they shaved her entire stomach to check to see if she was fixed yet. (They couldn't seem to understand what we were telling them. Next for her surgery she gained .5 ounces which made her bill go up $100.Today I took my dog there who has lymes disease to continue treatment. I made the appointment was told they will call and get all records not to bring anything they will me them. I have my 2 kids with me, was denied of coming into the building. But let me tell you when I made the appointment I was not told this. When I got my reminder call yesterday I was not told this.Stay away from this vet. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. And don't know how to do things the professional way.

My sweet cat Mittens was at the end of his 13 year life and received compassionate care from Dr. H and staff. They let me be with him at the end. When my sweet dog Maggie died, they helped me with cremation services. Thanks to all staff.

This clinic saved my tiny teacup Maltese's life on August 1st 2017- who weighed no more than 3lbs after the whole back of his neck was torn opened by a viscious pitbull attack. The pitbull owners behaviors were worse than their dogs. I forced opened while under extreme panic, the dogs jaw and got my Maltese out from his grip. Rushed him to the clinic and they immediately tended to him. It cost me over $1k between the anesthesia, surgery, stitches, pain meds, antibiotics etc. All worth the money. Phenomenal team who saved khaliks life. Thank you ♡

Dr. Johndrow and the staff are wonderful. Our dog has a health issue that crops up a few times a year and they are so good with him. They explain everything, advise what is the best treatment plan, and fill needed prescriptions on-site. You can't currently go in with your pet due to covid restrictions but Dr Johndrow and Toni both came out to the car to make sure we knew what was happening, how our guy was doing, and what to do at home. Love this place!

Thanks to the quick work of Dr Gary Horsfield & his staff at Memorial Vet our Nala is expected to recover nicely. She’s 11 years old & God willing she will see 12 and beyond !!
