I bought one of these empanadas from a gas station in Wyoming. I know what you're thinking, "gas station empanadas are a terrible idea". I was hesitant, but they looked really good. Let me tell you something... these are the best empanadas I've ever had. I don't understand how something can be crunchy and soft at the same time, but it was like a party in my mouth. The flavor of the meat was incredible. I need more now!!
