So far Ok. I had moved from Citizens due to an accumulation of mistakes. (Cost me a purchase of a TH & $2000. Very disappointed in Citizens lack of attention to deadlines. Lost money, time, & it was crappy dealing with Citizens. NW has locations in most of PA. Keeping fingers crossed!
