The worst family dollar I’ve personally been to. Workers are always rude. Went in today with my friend and got yelled at for not ringing a bell. There was an employee already grabbing someone so I don’t see the need to ring the bell. I was very patient with the staff and did not have a problem waiting for the employee to grab someone to cash us out.Overall rude staff. Never friendly. Never helpful. And I always have bad experiences there. Will not be stopping at this family dollar again. I recommend the one on grandview across town. They have a friendly staff and a better selection.

DO NOT SHOP AT FAMILY DOLLAR.On 1-11-2023 I purchased a Bella Basics mini chopper with my card for $15.90It did not work.On 1-11-2023 I attempted to bring it back and exchange it, but store was closed due to HVAC problems that occurred that day.On 1-12-2023 I attempted to return it to store manager who refused to exchange it and said she was gonna call police.I was put in contact with District Manager Donald Hester who refused to exchange it and told me to contact Bella Basics for a exchange .Today Bella Basics was open and refused to exchange the chopper.So what Family Dollar does is sell cheap china merchandise to the poor, the disabled. And when the merchandise does not work Family Dollar will not give a exchange nor a refund and call the police on you.This is in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. But most importantly Family Dollar is so money hungry, they target the most vulnerable people in the community.Family Dollar blatantly rips people off. And they do it with a smile on their face. They need to be investigated and shut down.AVOID FAMILY DOLLAR .
