This is the second time this has happened in 2023, and it's February. My husband was released from the hospital YESTERDAY. The doctor's prescriptions were called in OVER 24 HOURS AGO, and when we went to pick them up, we were told, \\\\\\\"They aren't ready.\\\\\\\" WHY??? 24 hours isn't enough time to fill four prescriptions?? (Two of which regulate his heartbeat, so minor things, right?) This happened the last time he was hospitalized, as well. \\ \\ Also in the last two weeks, I went to pick up prescriptions and the line was so long it made me late for my other obligations. Our local employees are back there in the pharmacy working their butts off, but CORPORATE REFUSES TO HIRE MORE HELP!!\\ \\ I'm done with CVS until corporate admits there's a problem with this pharmacy and that we need more employees locally. This is totally ridiculous.

RUTH - I cannot PRAISE you enough for going above and beyond for my family member! Your compassion and understanding shows me that you truly care of each of your patients! I am grateful!! Hopefully, your boss reads this and gives you a SHOUT OUT at CVS!

The pharmacist, Keith, at this location is very knowledgeable and caring. He goes out of his way to help anyone who needs him. He keeps my family coming back for all our needs. He is a true asset to our community.

Say what you will about the megapharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc, they're there when you need 'em. Take for example the other day when my husband Rick and I were going biking on the nearby Samuel Justus Trail. No sooner had we left the nearby Giant Eagle when I realized I forgot to pack the sunscreen. Folks, I'm fair-skinned. I don't tan--I burn! We spotted this CVS and went in. It's your typical CVS and it's got your sunscreens, bug sprays, etc if you need 'em for the outdoors. It's also handy if you need things like water, Gatorade, dried fruits, nuts, etc. Gotta love the convenience factor!
