Bought several items there on my way to work. When I got to work one of my items was not in the bag. Called to ask if I forgot a bag and employee who answered the phone was super rude and hung up on me before I could even explain what I was looking for.

Both of Oil City's Country Fairs aren't not the best. Very congested and seems to be a hang-out.
