Just found my new favorite spot for my car care in the area! Matt & his wife made a great teamwork, very honest and reliable. My car was in and out in just an hour. Excellent job & highly recommended if you need a trustworthy mechanic!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I appreciate this mechanic.The shop across the street has more reviews so I first went there about my car giving me a code for my catalytic converter(super expensive to fix) and another problem. My car was running terrible and they were booked until 8 days out so I went across the street to this place and they were equally as busy except the owner seemed happy to answer questions I had and give me advice about my car and laws that could potentially save me money. So I booked an apt with him.Work performance / money saving:I dropped my car off at the shop and the next day I get a call back to hear the damage and he said he fixed the problem that was cheaper first and said my car runs smooth. Told me to drive the car and see if the catalytic converter light comes on. It did after a couple days still running smooth so I call and he tells me to stop by the shop and he ran a diagnostic test without charging anything and we ended on him saying “your cat that needs replacing is in the worst spot(there are 3 in the car) which takes a lot of work and it’s easily over $1000 job(other places quoted the same amount). If it were me personally I would keep driving it until it has performance issues then get it fixed. It may have performance issues quick it might be over 20k miles later you don’t know until you know. If” he also told me that the cat going bad won’t cause any other problems it will only be the cat that is the problem so it is safe to keep driving and left it up to me to choose if I want to fix it now or wait. I have driven my car for a few hundred miles now and it still runs smooth and I appreciate how it seemed like he truly was trying to avoid the most costly repair by making sure all the cheap stuff was in working order before charging me for an expensive repair. He earned my trust and when/if I have another problem I know where to find an honest mechanic

I needed a new exhaust system went to 4 different people who over price. Ogden was fair, honest and very quick. Definitely will be doing all my auto repairs there .

Over charged for a starter replacement $400 is too much I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone to go there they wiped out half my bank account why would you get a starter for $230 when u can get one for $100 cheaper never again will I go backService: Engine repair

Paid them to clean my intake manifold/change gasket (P0401 code for check engine light: EGR flow insufficient). I cleaned my EGR and the passage in the thermostat housing that the EGR is connected to, but didnt feel like messing with my intake at the time.Couple weeks later I went out of my way to get a head gasket and valve cover gasket set to replace on my engine (old car with no history of engine work, wouldve needed it anyways); doing such involves removing the intake manifold.The intake was caked with carbon, no way that would have happened within a month of limited driving. All that implys is that the work was never done.

The owner is a great guy who just likes having the work and appreciates loyalty. Always fair and calls ahead before any work or things outside of your initial visit are done on your vehicle. Very trustworthy and just an all around family ran shop. Recommend as I've gotten multiple things done here.
