There's a lady was working on Saturday morning 01/21/ 2023 and this is the second time I have delt with her and she gave me a hard time on both visits. She's never happy with my package, she always wants me to put the package inside something that you have to buy from the store. This doesn't happen anywhere else with me. The gentleman that works at Audubon office is super nice and very helpful. This lady here at Egypt rd office doesn't even smile back when you try to be friendly. I'm sorry but this what exactly happened. I'll do everything in my power not to go to this office again so I don't have to deal with here again. She will cost you more money, believe it!

Going to this one because it’s close to my house. Other employees seem to be really nice but except one old white guy that working there seem very rude and always rise his voice every time I have a question about my packages missing or something.He doesn’t want to work. I think he need to retire soon

You'd think a post office would have cameras around their facility to prevent theft. These people don't care if your package gets stolen also to mention they give you attitude and raise their voices at you when you're concerned about a missing package. I wouldn't go to this post office if you are having packages delivered to your po box. The fed ex drivers just drop it off and it's free game to anyone coming in looking to steal packages. You'd think since it's a government facility they'd have cameras outside their establishment to prevent theft. I will not be doing business at this location anymore. Horrible staff and they let your items get stolen. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a po box to have your items get delivered to. I wish there was a way I can file a complaint against this post office.

I’ve mailed 4 packages from there in the last month and although I paid and have receipts, none of my packages have been delivered . These are all gifts bc of Covid I won’t see the recipients so after 2-4 weeks I call them and no got what I sent, hopefully it’s just super late but this has never happened before.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have an automated answering system that has you waiting over an hour and no direct help. Don't waste your time calling. They won't answer. They also won't deliver your mail properly. No respect at all for your time. They don't answer their effing phones. Can't get anything done.

This post office has excellent customer service. I used to have a PO Box here over 2 years ago, and somebody recently shipped me a package. I called and spoke to a woman named Judy, and she offered to forward the package to me in my new location. Recently, when dealing with the USPS, I've been disappointed at the red tape I've encountered. This office made it easy for me, and cured my anxieties.
