Thank God for UPack- because apparently I had called late in scheduling movers, but when I called the agent, he explained everything including prices. Nothing changed on that, and fortunately I could hire movers too, since there was NO way I could move my stuff into the cubes. I had a Great experience with UPack- with them dropping the cubes off and with picking them up at my new place. I would Definitely recommend for someone who wanted to save on moving costs. If you hire the movers too, just make sure all your furniture is ready to be loaded, and has the bubblewrap/plastic wrap on it. I didn't have an address for unloading, but Thank God that UPack was able to keep my cube in storage until I could get one. Best thing about moving my furniture out of state- Very easy!

My experience with U-Pack was flawless. Really friendly, knowledgeable customer service agents. Helped me with scheduling issues a few times, no problem. Very clear, accurate times were given for drop-off & pick-up. Price was reasonable. Everything was on time. Container was clean, albeit a bit smaller than I expected. . Drivers were helpful. Really glad I chose them for my PA-SC move!

Excellent! Highly recommend. We controlled how are antiques were packed and unloaded. We had 4 days to do that and the price was excellent.

I moved from SE PA to central North Carolina. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They dropped the container off when they said they would and placed it exactly where I needed it. After I packed it up I called them and they came out, when they said they would, and took it away. They gave me a 3 day window when it would arrive at my new address. It arrived on time and all my belongings were safe and secure. Throughout the entire process they kept me informed via text and email. And to top it all off, the price I was quoted was the exact price I was charged. If I ever move again, U-PACK will be my first call. No more renting trucks and getting shafted at the end with taxes, mileage costs, gas prices etc! A very easy experience during a stressful time!

I recently relocated from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. U-Pack provided easy to access and modify quote options. They have You Tube videos to enhance information gathering. Customer service representatives are extremely helpful. The drop off of the relocubes was efficient and safe. U-Pack was accessible to arrange for transport and delivery via phone, and texting. I would highly recommend this vendor for moving. Made my move to NC uneventful. My relocubes were delivered without any issues. My things were intact. Would use U-Pack for all my moving and storage needs!

This place was great! We did terminal to terminal. Both locations let us park right next to the cubes and load our stuff to make it easy. Everything arrived just as we packed it and nothing was broken. Our stuff even arrived 2 days earlier than we were originally told. It was a GREAT experience.

I had a fantastic experience using the relocube option for my long distance move from Philadelphia,PA to Ann Arbor, MI. The ABF freight on the Philly side were extremely rude as compared to the amazing ABF freight people on the MI side. But barring that, the cube was a wonderful choice. It held all my belongings and was handled in the most timely manner. It rained quite some when my cube arrived in MI but the contents of the cube were totally immune to the rain. The reservation, delivery, pick up and transit was swift and all done online. I highly recommend the relocube from Upack.

When delivery to our mountain site made delivery of the pod impossible, the delivery team worked flawlessly and effectively to work out a solution. The driver was honest to warn us about the crippling financial implications of attempting delivery when there was virtually no possibility of doing so successfully, and the final temporary storage solution has proven to be better than even delivery to the home would have been for us. I also appreciate their flexibility with the timetable needed for loading and unloading the pod. Even after acknowledging the fact that manhandling those baffles is a pain in the patootie and getting the ramp up is a fairly demanding task unless you have help to lift it, the UPACK option is the most cost-economical, flexible, and worthy solution to moving one's possessions long distances in my opinion.

We ordered 4 pods to move from PA to IL. Delivery of pods was right on time, but we had delays in personally loading. No problem - UPack allowed an extra day no charge. Delivery to IL was on early side of delivery estimated date-nice!. Everything delivered safely and neatly (pods placed exactly where we wanted them). Lots of friendly customer service as well. Would use them again for sure.
