“Stopped in a few Mondays ago for the first time and was helped immediately by Justin. Fully expected to need a new set of tires as the current all terrain set that came with my truck had started to develop that louder road noise around 50-60mph. Justin was able to check out the wear pattern and suggested we turn all the tires around since the tread was still in decent shape overall. Couldn’t believe that it took only about 40 minutes tops to be diagnosed, tires adjusted, balanced and checked out. Everyone at the place was extremely friendly and Justin’s suggestion made a huge difference to ride noise so far. Always a pleasure to find a business that you feel is professional and honest. Will need tires soon regardless and will absolutely come here to get them. Thanks for the help!”

Thankfully I had a clean puncture in my tire that he could fix, and he had me back on the road safely in about 10 minutes! This place really saved the day as I was about an hour from home. “Absolutely outstanding service. I did a PPI with the team at German Auto Specialists and have been blown away. They took several detailed documented photos, ran through a comprehensive mechanical snd cosmetic checklist, and reviewed the results with me in 24 hours (Alex took a call over the weekend for me as I was in a rush)! Not only that, they also continued to spend their time and engagement with me post PPI, as I had further questions after the PPI.
It’s very rare to find honest and thoughtful mechanics who truly care about their customers and know their stuff. I know I will be using them as my trusted mechanic, even though I live in NYC. That’s how good they are.”
“Wow. I called these folks out of the blue when I had a valve stem torn off of one of my rear tractor tires which were calcium filled. Other businesses I called wanted to come out to the field, remove the whole wheel with a 1 - 2 week turn around.
Baird and Rudolph had a service technician (Frank Chilte I think was his name) on-site, repaired the valve stem and didn't have any liquid spilled out of the tubeless tire)..... all within 4 HOURS of my initial call.
Ok, this doesn't sound like much but considering the fact that this wheel and tire weighs about 600 lbs, it was a field repair (literally) and Frank did it by himself.... that's impressive.
And by the way, they charged me about 1/3 what other businesses had quoted me.
I'll be using these folks anytime I need a service like this.

I dropped off my vehicle 30 minutes late for my 10am scheduled dropoff time on a Saturday and the staff told me my car would be ready by mid-afternoon but unfortunately it was only ready by 5:20pm that same day and only needed two services: an oil change + brake fluid exchange. The front desk seems to know a lot of the clientele which makes it feel very welcoming. I love that they email you the itemized work order once you arrive for the scheduled service.”

“For ten years we’ve been enjoying BJ’s gas prices. Lately however, the inconvenience of long lines at the pumps is frustrating. Pumps are extremely slow. Attendant at Oaks said something abt the filters…..last month a technician was there working at each station and voila! Problem solved. Today, long lines again. I guess we have to wait for the problem solver. I wonder if they will get the issue permanently fixed! But again, thankful for the low prices!!!!”
