This place is much smaller than other SZ we have been to. We paid for 3 hour glow party, but half of the attractions were closed. At one point, the only choices were the open trampolines and the ninja course. They were also playing music that contained curse words. It continued even a parent complained. The night was definitely a disappointment. We won’t be returning to this location.

Had my son's 10th birthday party today the price was way better than places like Urban Air and BounceU. Kids and adults had a blast jumping and on the obstacle course. Our party host Jonathan was absolutely wonderful! The pizza was really quite good however the cost of drinks is rather High if you want extra drinks outside the pictures you buy for your party and there is a fee to bring food and drink from outside. If you plan ahead with that in mind party went off without a hitch and everybody had a blast. The employees were attentive and wonderful and considering what it is, it was pretty clean. If you're looking for a party for a kid I would definitely recommend this place.

BUYER BEWARE. I tried to cancel my membership after one month. I contacted them before the date that my card would be charged to cancel. I filled out their form and they charged my card for the following month anyways. I asked for a refund given that I canceled, in writing, prior to being auto charged and they refused. Not good business practice.

Deceptive sales tactics saying sign up for a monthly subscription and cancel before the monthly renewal.
Did that exactly, but at that time when I cancelled was reminded of the “fine print” of 3 days prior to your renewal you must cancel.
Was charged another full month of membership. Management refused to not charge me.

Be leery of memberships! I purchased a membership several months ago and completed a request on their "Contact Us" page to cancel the membership after two months. I did not receive a response so I assumed that the membership was cancelled. Two additional monthly membership bills later, I realized the membership was not cancelled. Memberships apparently must be canceled on the Membership page and the link to cancel is at the very bottom of the page. My suggestion is not to get a membership since it autorenews and you have to remember to cancel it (and you won't get any response from SkyZone if you don't do it correctly...)

Plenty of trampoline jumping space however the main attractions/obstacle courses were closed!! We drove an hour for those specifically so it would have been great for the park to update their site!

Pay full price to enter for all kids for birthday party but there's chains across half the amusements in the park. When asked why half the stuff is closed they said they were waiting for staff. Wish I could have given them half the money for the kids when checking in and when they asked where the other half is I could say something like I'll give it to you when the staff shows up to open up the other half of amusements. Will not be attending sky zone again or at least not hosting another party here for any of my other children.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Sky Zone. Staff here seem to be zombies just passing the time. Several of the areas were closed. When my daughter and I went to the “Warrior” area half of it was closed and there was 2 minor (Females) flirting with a male staff member on one of the obstacles, a few other kids were improperly using another without letting others have a chance to enjoy the obstacles. This pretty much left that area useless to do anything and then shortly after the entire area was closed. For the 75$ we paid for 90 minutes, I surely will not be coming back to this location. Ownership and management need to step it up.

This is a fun place for kids and teens to just go jump around. I have done many birthday parties for kids here and they never disappoint. The in-house cheese pizza and drinks (lemonade and fruit punch) are good and kids love itThey allow outside food but you have to pay a surcharge (this is new)Recently they started putting wrist bands with colors and have started announcing if a certain band color time is up. Earlier it used to be unlimited time but this is changed nowThey also have some arcade machines at the property
