We are moving from a house with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths...into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The room available to get boxes and furniture up the steps and into a very crowded room was very small, and the guys did exceptionally well with everything arriving in good shape. If I ever move again, your people will be the only team I use!! Thanks for a job very well done.”

“My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”
“I recently rented a truck from Penske in King of Prussia, PA, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, and the truck was clean and in excellent condition. I faced some delays with my movers, but Penske accommodated me for an extra day without any hassle. I also accidentally left my garage remote in the truck, and they found it and had it waiting for me when I returned. I've been using Penske for years, and they consistently provide a great experience. As a veteran, I also appreciate how easy it is to use their military discount. Highly recommended!”

I've had some really bad experiences with movers before but these guys were top notch. They even moved a bunch of furniture around at the destination and were pleasant all the way through. “I rarely leave reviews online, but I just had to in this instance. I reserved a uhaul using what I thought was a mobile pickup, but there was an issue with the app and when I arrived the location was closed and there was no key waiting for me. George was just wrapping up his day, but he offered to help me. He got on the phone with a uhaul help center and helped track down my reservation. He stayed at least a half an hour past his shift just to help me. Amazing service. Thank you George!”
“Actually had an excellent experience. Truck was there, extra items i needed were there (hand trucks, blankets, etc.). Rental agent was extremely pleasant, just had a slow computer to work with but eventually we got it all done & I was off. I was fearing the worst from other reviews but my truck pick-up was pretty smooth. Would definitely use this site for a truck pick-up again!”
