I have been a box holder for 13 years and this last year has been horrible. Kathy is by far the greatest post master ever. However, the employees can not go out of their way enough to offend their customers. I have had my yellow package slips marked with nasty notes and now if my dog goes in, he’s not welcome. So sad?

Not the place but the friggen phone system! I tried to call and it hung up on me and then kept ignoring commands, wouldn't let me speak to a real person! UGH I'm so frustrated!

I usually see Renee at the counter, and she is very nice and moves the line quickly. I have also called with questions (when other local offices wouldnt answer the phone), and Cathy is wonderful. Friendly and efficient.... Wish all usps offices worked like this one! Recommend especially if you are starting a small business/online shop, as they've answered many questions about cheaper rates and packaging.

For the first ever a post man called me and offered to meet him to get my package. (Since he understandably couldn't make it up my road.) That's a good employee.

Fantastic office with pleasant helpful staff. Good location, always had the newest stamps in stock.
