This is the slowest PNC branch I've been at. Not too many customers on Saturday, but only 2 tellers, and they have to distract on drive through as well. Also, I don't remember when was last time I was asked to fill out a deposit slip myself. Usually, a teller does that much faster and more accurate (at other PNC branches and at other banks). Perhaps that adds to slowness. Wonder why people still stick with PNC when there are other, and better options in the area. Chase branch is only a mile away, and I never had to wait like that over there.

When I walked into this bank, the manager was yelling at and berating an elderly bank teller. Given she was the only available teller, I had to sit there for 5 minutes while the manager continued yelling at her. No manager should ever speak to an employee that way, let alone in front of a customer waiting to be assisted. The elderly woman was nothing but respectful and did an excellent job once the manager let her do her job. I live right by this bank but I'm not comfortable going back given how the manager acts

They never, ever, call or email you to follow up on anything. I've had multiple appointments with various employees for varying reasons and have always been told "oh we'll call you or email you to follow up on xyz unresolved question." Never once have I ever been contacted. Very unprofessional.

More like 4.5. I feel for the most part that the service there is really good. Amber and Ashley are very helpful. I think sometimes they are short staffed. I’m pretty satisfied overall with this location.

Gas At $5/gallon. Could you please put more than one teller in your bank. I sat in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes wasting gas and time!

I went to open an account for my teenaged son. The service was fast and friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable and offered the right solution for us.

Poor service alot of times. Workers sometimes seemed more interested in socializing than helping customers. ATM is almost always broke. I've read harmars PNC is better, will go there from here on out.

If you’re into fees...all of the fees, than this is the place for you! If random and unexplained service charges on your account every month are in fact no your thing, I would probably recommend banking elsewhere.

In a world where everyone likes to use COVID as a reason why they can't efficiently do their jobs, Lucas T is different. I needed to send a important wire on short notice and the representatives from other local branches spent more time on the phone making excuses why they couldn't do it, then it took to send the wire. Lucas was able to squeeze me in & was pleasant to deal with. We need more people like Lucas, and less looking for the easy out.

I guess it really depends on who you talk to, but the Oakmont PNC service compared to that of Harmer location is like Jekyll and Hyde. The individuals who work at the Harmer location seem genuine and they really try to provide good service, while the Oakmont location is a revolving door of new workers who lack eq/awareness.

I called them twice, hit the button for assistance, yet no-one picked up. I stayed on the phone for 10 minutes before THEY disconnected me.

I have been here numerous times, opening accounts, depositing money and money orders. Staff is always friendly. Opening an account here was fast and easy. All of my questions were answered without any hesitations. Nice people, good banking.
