Joe helped us and he was incredible. He listened to our needs and was persistent yet not pushy. We got a great deal and great customer service. Highly recommend this place. I have had trouble with pain in my neck and back for many years now, and while I thought my mattress was the problem, I did not know exactly what kind I should buy to improve.
