Ordered a Peace Lily for a memorial service. It had ZERO blooms, just green leaves. Not what I expected for $80. Was told “that’s how nature works”. I was offered two days after burial to return it for another. Horrible customer service. I was in the wrong and unknowledgable about nature according to the owner.

Have purchased several arrangements from Cheswick-Oakmont Floral and have been satisfied every time. The quality of the flowers has been excellent with lively, colorful blooms arranged very tastefully and true to their advertising images. The arrangements have also done well over time, with healthy blooms usually lasting at least two weeks. Local delivery has been reliable as well, with instructions followed closely. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

These folks are awesome. We went in on a Saturday morning and needed a table centerpiece that afternoon. Kate was so nice and accommodating. She got us the arrangement ant it was beautiful.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I called to order a dish garden and the woman I talked to was super helpful and very patient with my indecisiveness. I wish I would've asked her name. I heard the order was delievered same day not even two hours later after I ordered it.

Best Floral Shop around! They're so accommodating, their arrangements are to die for and their pricing is excellent! I've done small bouquets here all the way up to them doing all flowers for my wedding! Everyone we've worked with has been super friendly and caring!
