“I made an appointment to bring my boy here for the first time due to GI issues, but when the symptoms worsened yesterday, spoke with Selena (sorry if I misspelled your name!) who was so incredibly kind over the phone and she recommended he go to an emergency vet after speaking with her vet at VCA. My poor boy ended up having liver masses and after I opted to keep him comfortable, I called back to make a follow up appointment to make sure I had enough medications. They squeezed me in this evening and every single staff member treated my boy with love and kindness. They gave him some fluids and pain medication for me to have on hand until he goes to sleep peacefully next week. I’ve never had to make these decisions for an animal and they made everything so much easier. Their prices were reasonable and were able to accommodate him so quickly. I know if Butters could thank them himself, he would, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you for treating him with dignity, love and sweetness. I will definitely bring my girl back for her regular visits. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“highly recommend by few people i haave 2 cats. used to use mobile vets. but i took 1 of my cats there and the doctor was absoletly sensational professional . staff was very good and passionate. prices were fair . now i bring my other cat in for check up. so glad i found this vet so great.Barry R.”

“Hiiii y'all! Pet's Best Friend Vet is awesome! We have a handsome Chihuahua named Princey. I can't tell you enough how wonderful the staff is! Our guy is very timid around other animals and people, but when we are here.. everyone is so gentle and give such positive energy that soothes Princey. They are very patient and thorough with information and recommendations! Miss Jaime is an awesome Nurse who cradels him with affection. And keeps us informed with suggestions and info. What's also wonderful is they don't push for vaccines or shots just to make extra money, like other vet clinics do. They're real and will tell you exactly what your pet needs.My dog is also extremely complicated, emotional, and sensitive. She's a Shiba Inu...enough said. “My baby Loki was having sudden GI issues. He threw up several times in a day, was refusing food, and overall very lethargic. I called the office with my concerns and I was seeing a doctor within 30 minutes (thankfully I live really close). Dr. Rabin was amazing and I wish I had gotten the tech’s name from that day but she was so great as well! He’s a very anxious cat and they worked hard to keep him as comfortable as possible while he was being checked.Dr. Rabin was extremely thorough. She called to follow up the next morning and even stayed late to call me back when he took a turn for the worst and I left a message. She was very clear when it was time to get him to a hospital and provided recommendations and numbers for hospitals in the area. Thanks to their prompt care and recommendations Loki is doing so much better! He’s eating and back to his energetic self and I thank you all so much for your help.”

“I have taken my pets to Richboro Veterinary Hospital for many years. Last year, I moved out of the area, but continued to bring my pets to this practice despite now living 45 minutes away. In the back of my mind I always thought eventually I would find a vet closer to my new home in case of emergencies, but hadn’t yet. Dr Sampson and Dr Linn had made it quite easy for when my pets needed care - I could send pictures or videos if I had a question, and bring my pet in when needed. It was rather convenient, so I didn't feel like it was too far to continue to take my pets to this practice. Yesterday, however, I was faced with an emergency. We were having a snow and ice storm and I woke up to find my 11 year old Himalayan cat laying on the floor unable to move the right side of her body. Almost as if she had a stroke in the middle of the night., I had no idea what had happened but knew she needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called a local vet that was less than a mile from my new home and explained the situation. I just needed my cat to be seen, and being that we were in the midst of an ice storm I figured this was my best and probably only option considering the roads were awful and they were less than a mile away. They told me they didn’t “feel comfortable” seeing her and suggested I call elsewhere. Rather than call around to other vets, wasting valuable time, I called Richboro Veterinary Hospital. When I spoke with Dr Sampson he told me to bring her right in. I drove an hour in the snow and ice for my cat to be seen. Dr Sampson gave her a basic neuro assessment and discussed the possibilities of what could be wrong with her, and what potential outcomes we could be looking at - based on this initial assessment - none of them were good. I had decisions to make. While it wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for, I feel better knowing I was able to have my sweet girl of 11 years seen by her doctor when faced with such an emergency. So I just wanted to post this review to thank Dr Sampson, and the wonderful staff at RVH for continuing in the steps of Dr Linn - making sure Richboro Veterinary Hospital is always available to me, and always adequately staffed, in case of an emergency. Thank you for seeing and caring for Priscilla (aka Miss Priss) in her time of need , because she deserved nothing less.”

“Staff was very friendly and Dr. Weitzner was exceptional in his efforts to move my pet's appointment up for emergency dental surgery. Happy to report our cat Sonny is now feeling (and smelling) better than ever! When I mentioned I wasn't prepared to afford everything at the drop of a hat, the staff recommended Care Credit to finance the operation, putting me and my family in a much more affordable situation. I will definitely be back for their services in the future.”

“The Bridge Clinic saved my dogs life. He somehow managed to ingest a small Kong ball which blocked his stomach and food absorption. He was throwing up non stop and became lethargic and started going into shock. We first took him to another emergency room which took care of his initial symptoms at an very high cost. When it came to making the decision as to where we would have the surgery to remove the ball from his stomach, the cost for services be came unaffordable at PASE.We decided to transfer him to The Bridge Clinic in Bensalem for care and they opened up a last minute spot for surgery the same day. They took expert care of him and they were great at communicating what was happening with our dog. The doctor expertly removed the ball from his stomach and we were able to take him home the same day to care for him. And at a FIFTH of the cost of going to PASE. The care at PASE was good but the cost of care is not feasible for most people, therefore The Bridge Clinic was a great choice.If you are looking for a place to take care of your pet then this is a great place to go for care.”

“Village isn’t our normal veterinary but because our normal veterinary was unavailable we went to see her she was so nice and great with our dog she told us our choices and one was going to an emergency veterinary witch we chose she called them to fill them in on what was happening . Her staff was also very nice and helpful thank you to everyone there you made a very bad situation somewhat more comforting”

“Can't say enough about the wonderful folks who work there. We had to put our little friend down recently. He was 15 and had cancer. We were heartbroken but it was the best for him..he was suffering. They consoled us and made it a lot less painful. If you need a vet go there I'm sure you will see what I'm saying is true.”

“When my girl had pyometra back in 2020 they wasted no time and took her in for emergency surgery right away! They were very understanding and caring toward me and my dog. Any questions I had before or after the surgery were promptly answered and thankfully helped my girl go on to live another two and a half years. I’m forever grateful!”
