Our mailbox has a unique feature - it's completely invisible to the postal worker who is supposed to deliver/pick up our mail. We watch him/her drive by completely unaware a few times a week.

This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!

The hours say they close at 4:30. When I arrive after work at 4:25, the lobby is closed and they won’t service you. Really disappointed. If your hours say you’re open until 4:30, leave the lobby open till 4:30!

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. We have a PO Box here and get plenty of mail and a ton of packages, so we're always interacting with the employees. I've never had a bad experience here. They're always kind and accommodating and just really lovely people overall!

It is a disgusting and filthy place with very nasty and rude staff. I complained about their fraud and criminal mail carrier who keeps selling my mail to some ID theft - criminals but they chose to ignore my compliant and claiming that there is nothing I can do about it.

Staff and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I have an issue with an employee at least take me seriously. Post master was completely dismissive and demeaning towards us and our problem. Zero professionalism. Ill make sure to ship only with Fedex and UPS for now on. All they deliver is junk mail anymore anyways.

don't know why this place has bad reviews because the people here were awesome! I needed a package before I was going out of the country today and they took the time to find my little package in the mix of a bunch of them and even called me to tell me they found it! they were super nice and found it for me in time to take on my trip! great quick service and such kind people! thank you!!! also the phone number to call for this location is 724- 693-8280.

Place will not answer their phone ever, and have lost packages of mine several times now. I try to avoid going here if at all possible, but that is your only option if you have an issue with them since they won't get their phone. Last time I called it rang about 10 times before it blew a fax in my ear. They make every interaction with them as difficult as possible! No wonder why soon mail and the post office will be obsolete!
