I loved this place. Key word: loved. Ownership completely changed. This time around my nails were botched. I went in for a fill and it took an hour and a half, I ended up getting an infection in my middle finger too. My nail tech did not speak any English which is fine but everything had to be translated so what I was wanting I don't think was communicated that well. I won't be back :(

My friend made two appointments over the phone for 12:30pm. The next day when we arrived they said only one tech was available to start on my friend's nails and another tech would be free soon to start on mine. I waited an hour until the same tech started on mine. Instead of getting our nails done together, I watched her get a full set and then she sat there and waited an hour for me. We never left the salon til 3:30pm! Only after we addressed the issue did they apologize and give us a discount. Although the manager was very condescending about it. Another issue was that the nail tech only spoke Spanish so we had to ask another worker to translate any questions or direction for shape, length, etc. Our nails turned out well but I would not recommend or return to this salon.

I recently moved to N. Fayette Twp and wntd to find a nail salon near to my home. I went to a couple of places and did not have a positive experience at either of them. Then I found Polish'D. I love it! My nails are beautiful and everyone there is delightful. I highly recommend it.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in this area, I’m super excited I can finally say I found one I can go to often. Highly recommend! Everyone there does a great job. They are really friendly and customer service oriented. My daughter brings in ideas and they replicate them beautifully for her. Always a nice experience

I really enjoy getting my nails done today here. Atka was the lady that did then. She pushed my cuticles back, trimmed, filled, polished and gave me a hands a massage, and this was what you got with a fill. Very reasonably priced. Atka and the owner of the shop were very nice people to talk too. Made you feel very comfortable. I will definitely return!
