“Jessie was great, I was returning items pass 90 days, she stated I could but, I would get store credit or gift card. Deal! I was thinking I was not going to get anything. I went to returning it went back on my discover card, even better. However, I did see someone try to return an empty can flex seal. That was very funny. The woman a great job of keeping it together. I was laughing the entire time. She let the guy know that she cannot return nothing and nothing was in that can. 5 stars”

“I bought sim shades from Lowe’s. The exact same brand name. The shades that are sold at Home Depot are much better designed and heavy duty rod on bottom doesn’t bend under a little tension. They are the crank down kind / not the bamboo string shades.”
“We were shopping for mulch on Memorial Day weekend and Lowe's Robinson was packed. Not only did Randy, the store manager, take time to explain to me the difference is of some of the mulches, but he actually got me a cart for the mulch and loaded my car for me. The type of mulch I chose was not one that could be purchased and picked up through the drive-thru where wood mulch was located. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Greatly appreciated!”
