We had our wedding of 125 guests at Cozzi Acres on 10.7.23. When we were searching for venues, we immediately fell in love . Its rustic, antique vibe is exactly what we were looking to get married in. It's the perfect spot for a fall wedding! With all of the antiques inside, the place practically decorates itself for your special day.Matt and Sandy are two of the sweetest people ever. They are incredibly easy to work with and will do everything to assure your day is perfect. Them and their team truly go above and beyond!I highly recommend booking the farmhouse all weekend too. My bridal party and I stayed the night before and had a blast just playing board games and relaxing. It made waking up the next morning to get ready easier. It was also nice to be a couple steps away at the end of the night when you're exhausted from dancing. Our wedding was a magical night we'll remember forever. I can confidently say that we could not have picked a better venue for our dream wedding.

This was our first time to service a wedding at this venue which was held Saturday, October 14, 2023. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the owners, Matt and Sandy as well as their staff. Their cooperation with us made the day run smoothly even when a snafu happened in that the power went out involving a mishap on the highway just as the wedding party were to have their grand introduction entrance! Matt, Sandy and their staff jumped into action with generators and the evening was fully recovered for the guests to enjoy. They have maintained the rustic flavor of the barn and the home which serves as ready rooms for the bridal party is very well appointed and includes a number of amenities. We will be happy to again have the opportunity to work at this venue and encourage couples looking for a barn wedding to consider Cozzi Acres.

We just had our wedding here. As always weddings can be crazy to set up and deal with. We had very minor problems. Most were simple and because there are so many people trying to deal with putting their hand in the pot with the venue operators and I could feel their pain being the persons for most in charge. People don’t like rules and regulations that owners have to stand with these days. Come our wedding day they did so much to help us because we showed them respect of their property as if it was our own and honesty towards our worries. As the priority guests (Myself and my Wife) we were served drinks by the owner during pictures when we were away from the bar and made sure all of our wishes were fulfilled (BY THE OWNERS) I’m so happy we chose this venue. The day of the wedding they went above and beyond expectations. This is not a place to go have a party and bail this is a place to respect and help take care of. It will go a long way. Thank you for a big help in making our day as perfect as possible!

Great property, horrible management. Very overbearing. They need to be reminded it's not "their" wedding. Very intrusive and their lack of professionalism marred an unforgettable experience with a salty memory. Would not recommend until they get better management.

Was there for my best friend's wedding. First the owners told us we had until 7 for rehearsal the day before and decided to change it to 6 the day of, completely throwing a wrench into all of the rehearsal plans. Owners were extremely controlling of the wedding and acted like they were the wedding planners and not just the venue owners. Extremely rude and disrespectful of the bride and grooms wishes, but extremely fake to their faces. Ruined my fiance's dress(one of the bridesmaids) right before the ceremony. Staff drove thier carts around recklessly. One of the staff almost hit my fiance and I with one of thier carts and laughed about it. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Wish I could give negative stars.

A friend got married here. In my opinion, the property manager (I assume - she was around all weekend) lingered around watching us and was extremely curt to us all weekend. In my opinion, they also nickel and dimed the bride and groom in their security deposit for having to clean the house we stayed in (as if we should have been a cleaning service on the way out), as well as for leaving a few rose petals after the ceremony (which were allowed). In my opinion, the lodging is VERY lacking. Ventilation is terrible, and I was sweating all weekend anytime I was indoors. So if it’s going to be above 65 degrees, putting on makeup is likely to be a challenge. Is it a cute venue? Sure. But for what you’re paying, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you like stuffy, outdated lodging and to be hounded by staff for daring to have an enjoyable time.. for the wedding party that paid to be there for the weekend… to have a party. In my opinion, I believe the owners need to reevaluate why they rent their property out. My opinion is that this is a cash grab that is not worth your money.

Cozzi Acres is a super cute barn venue close to Robinson so perfect location as well. It is smaller though as we had about 100 guests total and when everyone was on the same level it did feel a bit tight. It is right up the street from Helicon Brewery which was perfect for rehearsal dinner night. The venue also has a farmhouse you can rent and a banquet hall which we used both. The owner Matt was very involved with the whole planning process and was very responsive. The issues we had were right before the wedding the week before and week of. The week before the wedding is when we stated we wanted an outdoor ceremony (which we said prior but it was not in contract as we signed before this was offered) so we did have to provide $400 more for that due to a listing of reasons. That wasn’t an issue but annoyance when we already paid how much for the venue and were only using their chairs for the reception but anyways… Then the week of the wedding the venue manager let us know we could only have DJ on until 10pm which we had reception until 11pm already in contract. It does state this about noise in contract which we should have reviewed in further detail but really the week of the wedding and they threw that at us so basically we had to switch our reception until 10pm two days before the wedding. The venue managers are onsite your whole wedding weekend which personally I did not feel like a guest at the property and felt like they were trying to micromanage us and our guests the whole weekend. Then when we received a letter with our security deposit (only half received back) was the icing on the cake when they nitpicked at so many small things just to take half of it. Personally this is what we went through as a couple, I loved the venue and accommodations overall but if I had to do it again would not work with venue from what we went through.

I attended a wedding here and stayed the night in the farmhouse after the reception. The property is beautiful, the owners are warm, friendly, and courteous, and the pictures of the wedding reception in the barn turned out so beautifully!!! I could not think of one complaint other than I wish I could have stayed another night! ???? 10/10 would reccomend ❤ -Bethany T.

Sweet place to stay the night. The private bedrooms are all equiped with keypad locks. There are two bathrooms. The beds are comfy and they have plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was very clean and they have good smelling shampoos and lotions.I like that this place is also a wedding venue. There is no kitchen available in the place we stayed but there was a microwave and a fridge. It also looks as if there are some overgrown hiking trails. One other thing that we noticed about the area was that there didn't seem to be a grocery store in town. There were a few little shops that carried basic canned goods and chips, but I think you mostly have to stop at a cafe to have a meal.We also took advantage of the bike trail that was right there by the brewery. It was a nice rails to trails.

I was at a wedding there 150 people way too much for this facility. Better if smaller number.Always lines for 2 bathrooms downstairs. If you like old cellar type area this is for you but let your guests know not to dress fancy! Be comfortable especially when chilly out!
