So I struggled for a while to find a Shop that was willing and able to fix my grandfather’s car that he left me. (1976 Chevy Monte Carlo) They were the first ones to actually be able to take it in. They took care of the all the work that I need it done, and I am very satisfied with their service. The ‘B’ in Biber stands for Bottom Feeder, i is for ignorant , b for bellicose, e for egregious, r for rude. They towed our car from an accident and were unbelievable to deal with. The owner and employees provide horrible customer service. I have NEVER been treated so bad. Our insurance adjuster was treated the same way. Unfortunately they have contracts with South Fayette and North Fayette and those police departments fully support Bibers bad behavior . I wrecked my motorcycle and the police called this place for a tow off the side of the road. 1.2 miles (2 minutes) away from Biber's. It was around 6:00pm. The emergency tow cost $500. It was towed on a Thursday. I called Friday about it. Said everyday it's there is another $50. I asked if they work on bikes or if they could let me know how bad it is. They don't work on bikes. Had to get it towed from there to another shop.Service: Vehicle wrecking

We have taken all of our vechicles here for more than 20 years including other members of my family excellent service plus towing services late night drop off and always a call before repairs are made Highly recommend

They were overall nice, but didn't seem to want to trouble shoot my car. Once the computer reading came back okay and it started they let it sit till I called.

Seem like a pretty nice place until old man BoB decides to make your experience a living hell. Telling me and my girlfriend to leave the property mid-way through the process. Demanded I call my insurance agent and have them call him to tell him that I did have insurance. Said my insurance said I didnt have insurance, I came with intentions on grabbing my license plate for my new car and left everything but the plate. I begged my agents to give the man w.e info he needed so I could leave his property before GoD knows what it would have escalated to after he hit me with the door and never came back through it. I felt so humiliated, and was antagonized for no reason, gladly I kept my composure, had my agent talk to him, and I couldn't even get an apology, nor did I expect one. He walked away from me the moment my agent agreed to talk to him and that's not even the end of it but God bless anyone who comes here.

I bought my suv in to get it's inspections and the staff were amazing. I felt safe leaving my vehicle in their capable hands. It only took a couple hours and the price was very fair. The owner was there and was very nice. As well as the executive manager . She was also amazing very nice to work with. I will be bringing my vehicle their the next time I need anything done. Very trustworthy. Excellent service.

The worst place in the world. Full of races people . DO NOT COME TO THEM AT ALL!!! They took 500 because They towed my car 3 miles away from their shop and I didn't even called them that state police called and they told me before towing my car that that my insurance will buy it even if my insurance not fall cover
