“Have had all three of our vehicles here after we found Shaffers and every time the work has been done on or ahead of schedule and at or below the initial estimate. The last time I had work scheduled and then called to move it up a day. Signals got crossed and it was not ready when I stopped by after work to pick it up . . . their response was to pull it in and get it done before they closed and wait for me to come back to pay and pick it up. Any other place would have said sorry, come back tomorrow but Shaffers accommodated us and got it done which shows the true definition of customer focus in how they operate. I have recommended them to several coworkers who are now going to use them exclusively after receiving the same level of service as we have. The automotive repair business is challenging especially with the newer technology but Shaffers has the skills to get the work done and the attention to customers that will have them coming back.”

I dropped my car off due to damage done by a flying steel plate that hit my car while driving on the interstate. They took their time and did my car right. Tbh my car looks as if it was just driven off the lot the body and especially paint work was amazing.”

“My van blew a tire in a very dangerous section on Route 80. It was approximately 4:15 am. I called and the gentleman was pleasant. He told me that he would be there in 40 minutes and arrived in 30 minutes. Drove me to tire repair shop and I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for the shop to open. But Dennis was amazing he explained things about my car that was wrong that I didn't understand. He was understanding of my concerns driving my vehicle safely with my babies.
