“I am a caregiver for a quadriplegic, and our van broke down while we were driving on Route 1. Houser's Auto Center was the closest repair shop, and I was able to get the van there in limp mode. I explained the problem and just asked for someone to give me an idea of what we needed to do. Mike came out to meet with me and do the initial diagnosis. This is someone who you want to work on your vehicle - knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in his work. He was also apologetic that we couldn't roll the wheelchair into air conditioning on a hot day, but said we'd figure that out if it became a concern. Mike had already ordered the part based on what he thought the problem was, and it turned out to be an easy repair. We were back on the road in less than an hour! Not only were we impressed by the service, but Mike made us feel like he had our backs when we needed help. I'm a stranger, but he treated me like a long-time friend.
The greatest customer service experience is the one where the customer goes away wanting to come back again. I don't live anywhere near this shop, but I'd recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.”

“After hitting a deer, I needed to find a collision center for my Durango. I was very nervous, as I had no idea where to go and who to trust. After extensive online research, I choose 3D, whom I had never heard of before. I am just here to say, I am almost glad I hit that deer, after how beutiful they made my vehicle look! It looks brand new! They did an amazing job fixing my car, and there customer service was top notch. I got daily text messages with my vehicles status, and frequent phone calls keeping me updated as well. They finished my vehicle a week in advance as well. Upon arrival to pick it up, a was shocked at the beutiful work and bath they gave it!? It was pristine, and they even detailed the inside, and let me tell you, I was embarrassed at how dirty it was when I dropped it off! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! I could not be happier!”

“I recently moved to Oxford and needed a state auto inspection. I called Oxford Auto, and they promptly fit me into their schedule. They also gave me clear directions to their location, which was really helpful since I’m new to the area. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was fantastic. I was able to relax in the lobby while waiting for my car. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience with excellent service!”
“I had a flat so I came over. The work was done in less than ten minutes. A new tire was installed because it couldn't be patched, so I was a bit nervous about the cost. When he quoted fifty bucks, I couldn't Believe it. I've had patch jobs done in the city for almost that much. I'm definitely going back for any time needs. Just keep in mind that it's cash only, but there's an ATM for $3.00.”
“I'm a young woman who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, but I ended up with a used tire for $65 which I believe is a reasonable price. They were recommended to me by the mechanic I go to over at Wilson's Specialties. The young man who put on my tire was very friendly but only spoke Spanish, but there was a translator around so it wasn't a huge issue. Over all a decent experience. It's been several weeks now and I haven't had any issues with it so far.”

“I got an MSI done here so that I can transfer my tags to MD, the mechanic by my house does not do state inspections so I went to the next closest place. Car failed and I gave them the go ahead to fix things necessary, unfortunately something was incorrectly fixed at the end of it and so I got it fixed elsewhere because I needed to drive a safe car and was worried that something else would go wrong. Crouch owners had reached out and inquired about my experience both personally and mechanically and offered to reimburse the new work I had to get done after talking to him (which they did). They also did make me aware if something had been wrong there is a warranty to come back if I heard them right. Although my experience was not completely smooth sailing Dale and Joanas service recovery was commendable and welcomed me back for any work if I ever decided to come back.”
