Unprofessional conduct by employee. I come to this post office frequently & have never had an issue, so maybe this man was having a bad day, but completely unnecessary & unprofessional.
I pulled into the lot at 823a. I just worked a 13hr overnight shift & am 7 months pregnant. I wrongly assume the PO opens at 830a, how awful of me. By 835a an older, bald gentleman who works for the PO is demanding I roll down my window. He doesn't ask me if I'm OK, but begins to aggressively ask if I'm coming into the post office, telling me the parking is limited. I calmly told him, I thought the PO opened at 830a. He BARKED that the PO opened at 815a and that I've been parked there too long. Doesn't he have anything better to do?!?!?!
1. NOT appropriate time limit for you to come to my car. 2. You don't know the situation or person, perhaps I could have had trauma for some reason and you coming to my window triggered me or.... maybe I was delayed coming in bcuz of an emergency. Or maybe I was searching for my last stamp bcuz pay day was days away and I didnt have any more money...YOU don't know & he didn't even ask!! Also, is 12 minutes really that big of a deal?!
Hang signs or have metered parking if that's the case. Don't have employees aggressively approach females parked, who think the store isn't opened just yet. How dare I give a store what I thought was a few extra moments of grace to open.
I won't be back. Not like there aren't 10 other POs in a 5 mile radius. Disgusting behavior. Kindness, buddy...kindness.
UPDATE: I thank the store manager who reached out to rectify the issue & in a very prompt time frame. The level of professionalism noted from the store manager was greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Doug is absolutely the best. From Prospect but will always go to Norwood. He is not only very polite and super helpful but his funny personality just makes my day! Way to go Doug, keep doin what you do dude!!!?

Doug is helpless. It would be better to admit if you don’t know something, instead of pretend like you know it all. You can always as for your supervisor if you don’t know something. As a result my package was returned back to me, after I paid a lot of money.* keep in mind you are not a law enforcement, you gotta child out, not to be rude to customer.

I usually do not have an issue when visiting this location. However, Doug came out of the post office and rudely told my son to move his car as my son was walking toward the fire department. Doug could definitely use some Customer Service training as the tone used when speaking to my son, a member of the Norwood Community, was very inappropriate. I will bring this to Doug’s attention the next time I visit this location.

DOUG is the best!He is such a professional and very kind person!He never failed to amazed his customers with his utmost service.He has a very positive attitude and I can see that his passion is to help people!Such a great asset!USPS, please take good care of your employee like DOUG who serves wholeheartedly with joy!Great job DOUG!I will always go to Norwood post offices because of the service I received!Keep it up DOUG!

Phone number is all automated, can't find a simple answer on it. I just need to know if I can print a label there. Idk why u can't talk to someone in the post office. It's so frustrating

The call to the post office was frustrating and angering, the computer voice that didn't offer the ability to speak with a real person or an option to do that. Get rid of that, the call there was time consuming and not productive at all.

This post office has better service than multi billion dollar corporations. It's shocking how nice and helpful the employees are here. If every business was presented as is here, it would be a joy to frequent any establishment in the town.

Wow! What a wonderful service I just received fromDoug at this location. I wish my Post Office or any post office could deliver this 10 stars service. I was boxing my poshmark package for delivery and Doug offered it to box it himself and said, his tape for packaging is much better than mine. This place has that small town feel. Any city post office would not have done that. I'm from LA and my postal workers are grumpy, gossipy and loud. . Just wow! Thank you, Doug! You're awesome

Doug leaves his customers to go out into the parking lot to bang on car windows, and scream at them. Than comes back in, refuses service, and tells you to go out and tell some random person you don't know to move. What is wrong with this location?
