“Bought three vintage chairs from Scott: two Danish armchairs and a fiberglass Herman Miller rocking chair--all beautiful pieces. Would be 5 stars if not for the fact that the rocking chair broke, but Scott graciously took the chair back and gave us a refund.”

“I just got this Louis XVI beauty so needed between my Mother's heirloom chairs, Antique Showcase has it all! The comments here are so stupid ... I have been visiting this store regularly for the last three years, and the owners are an old gay couple. and they have two small dogs. I love what they have, impressive chandeliers, beautiful French mirrors, tables, and chairs, I haven't seen many of these anywhere in Philadelphia. It's an impressive collection. The amount of stuff is overwhelming, they let me roam the store freely, taking my time to look at everything. Because, Ingo to look at the furniture, not to look at them. they are not rude, they engage me in conversation, they ask questions, they talk to me about their pieces, they suggest things, and one of them even makes jokes. I learned they are a gay couple, and they have been together for over 1000 years. They are frankly beautiful Anyway, I don't go to an antique store to visit the owners, I go to look at their stuff and buy antiques. Simple, I suggest you do the same. GROW UP people”

“The finds in the store weren’t all vintage. I did get a nice 60s magazine after some searching that included finding power puff girl things that couldn’t have been vintage.”
“I stopped in the store for something else... had no idea it was a consingment / ebay store. While chatting I saw a novelty item sellling for $50. I really wanted it so I'm like here's my $50 and was ready to take it off their hands. However, another person had reserved it although they hadn't been back to get it. So he did not sell it to me. I thought that was honorable. It had been a long while so he could have easily sold it to me and just given the other buyer their deposit back.”
