Zero stars should be an option. Absolutely terrible service. Mail and packages are constantly being delivered to the wrong address. They have a "what do you want us to do about it?" attitude when reported.

Counter staff friendly and efficient with counter duties but hardly capable of helping with any issues regarding delivery. Sorting and delivery is a nightmare. Distribution many times sends our packages to completely different towns with absolutely no explanation, delaying delivery by 1-3 days. They regularly deliver letters to wrong addresses and often fail to deliver presorted marketing mail at all. Postmaster Ray is inept and fails to respond to inquiries. Previous postmasters far exceeded his skill set. The management and organization of this facility falls far below par. So much for "Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."…it has been replaced with “You didn’t get your mail; too bad so sad (shrug)”. Sad!

You can trust assure that The Northampton, PA branch will accomplish whatever task is at hand with a level of excellence that won't have you leaving with any speculations. Nice looking exterior & interior with friendly customer service!

Went to office 2 days in a row, gates at windows were down at 10 am then also the next day by 11ish, I don't know if this is lunch related but a return time would be great. Another post office was open during this time..

How are you only open for maybe 4 hours on a Saturday and still close the window, why even open if you aren't going to do your job?

Mail doesn't get delivered until 8:30pm. Packages never get delivered.

Northampton used to have a decent post office. Now the rural mail carriers are outright lazy and will not deliver anything over 10 lbs to customers and you have to take off of work to go pick up your packages. When you confront the local postmaster via phone you get the defensive attitude and response. Even in person you get poor service. Take note if you need to send anything just go to the main Lehigh Valley post office in Bethlehem instead of this black hole of post. I'd ask how much worse it could get here but knowing this postmaster here they'll take it as a challenge.

They only deliver mail every other day if we are lucky and if you get a package they always put that it wasn’t deliverable even though my front door is 2 steps from the sidewalk.usps is really going down hill!

I live in Northampton. I get my mail once a week! I have packages and mail showing on my informed delivery and I never get it. I call to complain and nobody cares. Tonight my mail came at 7pm and he put the package on top of the mailbox since it wouldn’t fit. Anyone could have drove by and stole it. Tired of these people.
