I was treated with kidness. And the staff went above & beyond to help me. I'm just moving to Northampton & they were just delightful. Even gave me directions to the local places I had to go after leaving the P.O. 😁

Zero stars should be an option. Absolutely terrible service. Mail and packages are constantly being delivered to the wrong address. They have a "what do you want us to do about it?" attitude when reported.

Counter staff friendly and efficient with counter duties but hardly capable of helping with any issues regarding delivery. Sorting and delivery is a nightmare. Distribution many times sends our packages to completely different towns with absolutely no explanation, delaying delivery by 1-3 days. They regularly deliver letters to wrong addresses and often fail to deliver presorted marketing mail at all. Postmaster Ray is inept and fails to respond to inquiries. Previous postmasters far exceeded his skill set. The management and organization of this facility falls far below par. So much for "Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."…it has been replaced with “You didn’t get your mail; too bad so sad (shrug)”. Sad!

Went to office 2 days in a row, gates at windows were down at 10 am then also the next day by 11ish, I don't know if this is lunch related but a return time would be great. Another post office was open during this time..

How are you only open for maybe 4 hours on a Saturday and still close the window, why even open if you aren't going to do your job?

Absolutely disappointed! Terrible office and the people are so rude! Nobody would help me out with my questions! Besides the young man with curly hair who helped me!!! Only reason why I left 1 star
