An employee was able to assist me with the restoration of my registration for my vehicle without any issues. I went on the DMV website while at home and paid what their asking fee was for restoring my vehicle registration... I also printed out the receipt showing I had paid the $98.00 the DMV required. I thought since I paid the restoration fee, I shouldn't have any more issues with my account. Wrong. I logged back in to my account to pay the normal amount for a vehicle registration which I think is $36 or so.... But I was unable to able to pay it online because the DMV had locked my account. Sooooo.... I called the Yurconic Agency in Northampton and I was just thrilled when they told me I would have my insurance and registration for my vehicle, legal before I left, without any more problems. So they charged me a bit more in fees, but it was just so worth it! The Yurconic Agency is efficient and very well versed in all of the services they offer! I was there approximately 30 minutes at most, and when I left there I was legal to drive again! I've always had good experiences with all of the John Yurconic Agencies I've been to and the employees I've had to conduct business with were kind and always very helpful. So, the extra money I had to pay Yurconic was well worth it! When I left there my car was completely legal.... The DMV wanted me to mail in a check for $98.00 to Harrisburg because for some reason you can't pay it online. Makes no sense to me. Thank you Yurconic Agency for making my day!!!!

The woman working when I went in was extremely rude. Maybe the other people who work there have better customer service skills, but I would never return here based on how I was spoken to.I realize everyone has their bad days, but it really isn't that hard to just be a kind person.

Nichole was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful getting our new RV transferred from Florida to Pennsylvania tags. I highly recommend her for your Pennsylvania tag needs. She is very thorough.

I recently had to get a restoration done of my license and registration and was not given the option of having John Yurconic agency do it for me for the fee that I was told about. I called the Department of Motor Vehicles and they informed me that your agency does in fact do that service. I went back to the office and let the girl know that I called the D M V and they told me your agency provides this and why was I not told about it? I am on full disability, was quite L and do not drive a lot. It would have been nice to be able to take care of everything the first day instead of having to get to Uber rides and a ride to Philadelphia to a doctor's appointment all because I was not told about the fee or because maybe the person did not want to do it.

Left work today 1/4/22 to come here and meet my wife here on my lunch. Put our name in and waited 50 mins before we finally gave up and left. Poor customer service. You can blame covid all you want but lack of customer service is what's at stake

Regarding Services for getting a replacement Personalized Plate. Went to the one in American Parkway and they provided wrong information and almost costed me my personalized vanity plate. Rep was wrong about the services applicable for my situation.I have a vanity plate from years ago that was $25 before they increased the price to almost $200 or whatever it is these days. I've had it about 10 years and it started to peel. Read online that I should be able to get a new one issued. But when I went to Allentown location and explained my situation they started filling out the info for a lost or stolen plate and tried to tell me that I needed to apply for a new plate and that I wasn't going to be about to get the same plate I had before.This was hard to believe since I still physically had the plate and it was just damaged. I ended up leaving and doing more research. Tried the Yurconic in Northampton and had a very knowledgeable rep that was able to fill out the right paperwork and it costed about $30 (I think) 2 months later I have my new license plate!I almost want to go back and thank her again personally. She was great.Please train the agents on this. Because even when I went to Northampton I ended up having to 'argue a bit with another rep that was going to handle my situation the same as Allentown. I was able to ask for the woman I spoke to over the phone and she took the time to explain the process to the lady that swore she was right and I was wrong.I'm just so happy to have called around. Saved me $200 and allowed me to keep my Vanity plate.

The basis for my review is the service of Nicole Kibler. I can't say enough about her, so much that I wanted to come on this site to pass the word up. The company should know just how good her service has been. My name is Jared and I'm the president of Valley Community Management. We were in the top 100 manufactured housing community owners in the nation in 2019, with over 600 units in the Lehigh Valley. We are doing title work very often. There is NO ONE I'd rather work with than Nicole. I always have my staff seek her out, and recommend customers do the same. Most notaries are familiar with autos because it is common. Manufactured housing is less common and so they don't always know about it. Nicole, over the years, has learned about it to the point now where I consider her the most knowledgeable MH notary in the Valley. She makes herself available around the clock via email (even though she is swamped with the current COVID / short staff situation) to work with me on making sure documents are ready and the transaction is in order. Then, if she won't be available the day of closing, she ensures the staff onsite are ready. When I come in, the closing is smooth. I mean, it is amazing. She is the best. Kudos to Nicole!

This place is a joke! The women on staff are so rude & don't provide any sort assistance. I've had ongoing problems through this agency for about 3 months now! It's nothing but a headache. GO TO RUTH MILLER in Northampton rather than this place! I'll avoid ever going back there after these past few months. SO RUDE.
