Great moving experince. The movers were excellent. They were on time and very fast and professional and courteous. Great guys very helpful. They did a fantastic job. They covered all my furniture in moving pads and everything went perfect. I highly recommend Maxwell Moving to all my friends and family.

Moved us three years ago, worst moving experience of our life. Wanted all cash up front before they even did work (and wanted more than agreed upon price, or at least complained terribly about it the whole time). They chucked all our stuff on bottom floor in new home (yes, chucked, on purpose) because the boss was cursing, fuming, ranting. As we drove to our new home we literally looked behind our mirror wondering if they were going to take off with our stuff. The two workers were OK, one apologetic, but the boss is the most unprofessional, awful person I have ever met. I saw red flags from the beginning when calling the business. Alas, did not listen to them as we were on a time crunch. If you see those red flags, go somewhere else, for your own good.

We had to move my cousin and Maxwell Moving was really helpful and very friendly. Our cousin really appreciates that the movers went out of their way to help move things, and very pleased with customer service, we will tell all our family and friends if they need to move to use Maxwell.

They showed up an hour late and were training a new employee on my time, expecting me to pay extra after I prepaid for 7 hours because they were moving slow due to the trainee. It was 230 and the lead mover said they would have been done loading the truck at 1230 if it weren't for the trainee

They showed up an hour late and were training a new employee on my time, expecting me to pay extra after I prepaid for 7 hours because they were moving slow due to the trainee. It was 230 and the lead mover said they would have been done loading the truck at 1230 if it weren't for the trainee During the move, they scratched up the screen on our flat screen TV in multiple locations, pulled the thread on 2 brand new couch cushions, and put a small rip into my fiancees grandmother's arm chair. I was told the owner would call me the next day to discuss the damages. This was after the lead mover took pictures of the damages and texted them to his wife (the secretary, Andrea) on the spot. It has been over a week with no call, despite my multiple follow-up attempts. Stay away from these clowns!!! It is worth paying extra for quality work and for movers who treat your belongings like their own.

The best move ive had. Movers were very polite and courteous. They were on time and helped pack some items i had unboxed. Move was done in less time then anticipated. The office staff was very helpful. Overall a great move. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Do NOT use...HORRIBLE experience. 5 hours late..they told me they weren't even sure if they'd make it at all.. broke my TV and then said they don't have insurance and will not cover it... they are cheap, but you get what you pay for!!!'

Needed movers last minute and they were prompt and arrived on time and loaded everything into the truck with no issues at all. Would highly recommend this moving company.

This was a great move. Everything went perfect. Movers very polite and professional. Move was done in about 5 hours much less time then we thought it would take. Office staff was very nice and helpful. they explained every on the phone and answered all my questions. No damage was done to our home or furniture. Movers were very careful with our belongings everything they put on the truck was padded and strapped down. Movers were able to get everything in the truck in one trip. Great move very happy and satisfied will use them again and give out family and friends the number to Maxwell Moving.
