I wish I could give them a negative review. They lost my package and according to them, "Since the package has not moved for more than 7 days we are not able to create a case for it, please have your shipper contact us for reimbursement". It seems that packages going "missing" is pretty frequent in this site. The way fedex customer service is set up so that the customer has to jump over hoops just to talk to a human representative is ridiculous. It seems like fedex as a company can't even situate the source of their problem and is avoiding any kind of liability/accountability. This is not how you run a business as FedEx is a private corporation, and there should be some kind of internal investigation case opened up for how fedex is running their business. Very disappointed with FedEx as this is not the first fluke they had. And for the people who "lost/stole" my package, I hope you work at FedEx delivering packages for the rest of your mediocre lives.

Left a large AC unit in the apt main entrance. Did not take it to my apartment. Someone else could have stolen it. I called FedEx ex and said they would call me back. Week and a half later still no call. I had to pay someone $50.00 to carry it to my place. From now on UPS

The driver for my area is very disrespectful and vindictive. He drives like a maniac in our park and never puts packages on the porch! He drops the packages at the corner of our house and goes over the 15 mph speed limit. We have called and they did absolutely nothing except tell him. I WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING VIA THIS COMPANY and I wish companies would not ship items to me via this company!!!

They need to have the FedEx trucks follow the law of where to drive and not drive. If it says NO TRUCKS ALLOWED they need to obey the sign.
