Love the clean facility, brought my year old pomsky for a regular grooming and had a great experience. She is so friendly, did such a thorough job on his double coat and nails! We will be back and are happy to have found a nice groomer.

*As you can see from owner response below, rather than call and apologize and explain (which we did wait for) she responded childishly on here, we all have life happening and we aren't without empathy but basic levels of communication is needed in any profession*
Was really looking forward to bringing my Frenchie here since we just moved in locally down the street. I called and had a lovely chat with the owner and explained my Frenchie Eggbert loves groomings, loves to be bathed, super friendly(doesn't mind Dremel or blow-dryer he's a diva) and he just needs a nail trim and a good bath cuz he gets stinky due to skin allergies. I explained I currently have a broken ankle and I personally can't do it myself right now. Had a full chat about both our dogs allergies and everything seemed great so we made an appointment. Told her my boyfriend would be bringing him by, we made an appointment for 6/6:15 on Monday and when he showed up with my dog she said she was running behind and could we come back tomorrow at 6pm (no big deal life happens and we are walking distance) He agreed and came home after calling me to confirm.
So Tuesday rolls around (today) and when my boyfriend goes back to shop...the shop is closed. No one there, no one answering the phone. He showed up 10min early, waited, video called me, I tried calling. It's over 90 degrees outside waiting in hot weather and we get 0 response.
The voicemail gives a personal line to call if it's emergency but this doesn't count as an emergency imo it counts as someone forgetting they made a client appointment and having poor organizational skills.
So I can't say the grooming was bad, we didn't have one, but the customer service and inconvenience was terrible and a horrible first impression on a local resident who loves to support local businesses.
Unfortunate all around. Egg the stinky Frenchie will have to get his bath somewhere else.

I decided to get my cat shaved here, since it's closer to home and a family member got their cat done here.
Well I had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency and wanted to reschedule, but the lady didn't even let me finish talking. She said I spoke to someone else but shed cancel it for me and then immediately said "don't think I don't know what's going on, everything is recorded in my shop. Bye bye" and hung up.
Like woah! Have no idea what that was towards and why, but it was very unprofessional and now I'm definitely looking for another shop ✌️

Dog and People Friendly. I like it because I can stay with my dogs in the grooming room, while they are getting groomed. My dogs like our presence, and we are there for the dogs support.

Love it here! They do a great job on my Penny who isn't a fan of getting a bath! They are kind and patient. They even let me and my boys hang out while our doggy got clean! The price is right for bath, nails, ears, and teeth and they even threw in cute little necklace and nail painting! It's the only place we've been since living here and will continue to be the only!

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for a while I’ve brought 4 different dogs to here and they loved it. I loved it. Highly recommend for anyone who has a big breed dog that other places don’t take like pits and mastiffs or German shepherd. Billie is the best

Billie is AMAZING ?! She really cares about your pet and being allowed to stay in the salon is so reassuring. My Pekachu always comes back so beautiful. My vet commented about her pretty coat. she is Lab/Shep and gets very furry and Billie cleans her up wonderfully!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but what an amazing experience. Being there with my dog while they worked on him was great. Such an open and welcoming shop. They even made my 3 year old granddaughter feel secure and welcomed.They have a client for life.Thank you

I brought my Pomeranian in there today and he isn’t an easy dog to work with but Billie the owner is awesome and she knows how to handle my dog I was so relieved!! I would recommend her 100 percent !!!!!! Great experience

If I could give Billly 10 stars I would..My daughter's bernedoodle was home for the holiday and due to so many previous incidents with groomers he's a bit skittish and really overgrown... matted in places and just in dire need of a good grooming.I had heard of Doggy Styles from a neighbor and made a call to setup an appointment. In that initial phone conversation she was so sweet and understanding of the situation and was able to setup a time for him and his mom to go in.We knew that the best situation was for mom to be there the entire time. And Billy was wonderful.She was so caring and meticulous with him.I and my daughter couldn’t be happier with the result and with how great Billy was. Thank you so very very much.Highly recommend if you have a nervous pup, take the time to stay with them and help them and Doggy Styles will take care of the rest.Remember, you the owner/fur parent should be responsible for your furchild. You should be there to help and support of necessary.
