The underwriting team was always communicative and on-top of everything. At the end of the process we save a lot of money going with First Commonwealth, great rate, reasonable fees and great service. Our Builder wanted us to use their in-house mortgage company, but they were much more expensive and felt they were always trying to work an angle on me. Not with Scott and First Commonwealth”
