They provided me with a receipt that I needed for insurance purposes. I went home, submitted the receipt, and boom, I got my money back the same day. I left the phone with them overnight, and everything was fixed by the next day. I highly recommend their services.

They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”
“My experiences here have always been positive, and I understand that everyone will have a different experience when they come here; I will throw in my two cents here.
The staff here as of late has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and the manager of the store seems to be good too. Thanks to AppleCare, we saved over $500 in service costs on some phones that we have. We have an iPhone 11 that had a bad battery, and an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a bad battery and scratched up screen that were all fully covered. One of these phones is going to my mother in law as a gift, so they definitely helped us out to make sure she would be getting a functional product. This will be here first Apple device and we wanted to make sure she got something that works as intended. They even cleaned up the phones really nicely as well and look nearly brand-new.
Don’t skimp out on the AppleCare. Some may think it is useless, but with the skyrocketing prices of electronics today, 10-13 per month is a bargain if you ever need to replace an expensive component like a screen ($300+) or logic board ($500-$1000) and the coverage is transferable to another person. I’ve been using an iPhone since 2008 and have had to use AppleCare a few times and never once had an issue to make me want to not buy it.
Make regular backups of your data and write down your passwords people! The more effort you put in on your end, the more they are willing to go the extra mile to help you. Service is a two-way street; there are expectations they have for you as a customer and you have expectations for them as an employee. Treat them with respect and it will pay you back in spades.”
