Went to the Verizon store on Friday and a very nice gentleman helped me with my problem. Had no cell service for 5 days because of my carrier would not transfer my cell number. Joe Pintagro was fantastic. He had the mess straightened out in a hr. Definitely an asset to Verizon!

I was really nervous about going in and changing my plan and getting a new phone. Bailey took great care of me and really made the process easy. Kept my anxiety down by making sure that I understood what she was saying. It was a great experience !! Bailey was great !!
