I would give them zero stars if possible. My company bought a Wesco drum handler. About 6 months later, with very light use, we were having some mechanical issues with it. I called the distributor we purchased from, and they said they do not do any repair work and to call the manufacturer Wesco. We called the Wesco customer service and explained our situation that we just purchased a Wesco drum handler about 6 months ago, and It's having mechanical issues, and we need to have it repaired. The customer service person was very unhelpful and just told us to call the distributor we purchased it from, we explained we did, and they told us to call you at "Wesco" because they only sell your products but all warranty and repair should be handled by the manufacturer Wesco. Long story short, the Wesco customer service told us Wesco does not do any repairs or warranty work ever at their facility, and we could not even easily purchase any spare parts from them and told go to the distributor for spare parts, of course the distributor told us they dont sell spare for our model and to call Wesco for spare parts. The Wesco customer service Just gave us the run around, but zero real help. So now we are stuck with an expensive Wesco drum handler that we purchased just 6 months ago, and we can not use and can't get repaired or even get parts for. So, be warned that Wesco does not support any of their products. The Wesco customer service told us that we are basically on our own and acted like they could have cared less about helping us repair a product they manufactured and sold. My company will never purchase a Wesco product ever again! They should be ashamed to have zero repair and zero spare parts support for their products that they manufacture and sell. Especially a product just a few months old.

Bought a $3000 handcart from this company. Paid upfront, waited a month and a half for it. Have used it 3 times over the last 11 months, it still looks brand new. Battery is no good. Called customer support. The first person I spoke to told me the parts are covered for a year, but I needed to confirm if it was the battery or the charger. I connected another battery to charger, and it charged. Called customer support, and this time the person told me parts were only covered for 90 days, so this would not be covered under warranty and it would be $260.00 for a new battery. Found the same exact battery for $62.00 online with free shipping.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask for any information regarding a hand truck's tires and the rep could not even give me any of the part numbers for the model that I gave her. The "customer service" agent was so rude and hung up on me. Very disappointing.

I am happy with the products here at Wescomfg.com. I am happy MOST of their products are made in USA and of good quality. The mini maxi movers were not and I am disappointed they do not have a nice compact consumer product. Amazon had this listed as Made in USA since Wesco does so much of USA made products and a distributor incorrectly told me they were. When I finally called Wescomfg.com they let me know that is was not and a few other options that may interest me. I will be back for other products that are not imported and am happy they still employ people in the USA that pay taxes to keep this country afloat. Their Cobras are nice and sturdy and do the job! THEY ARE NOT This company misinformed me that the product was made in USA. materialflow DOES not know their products they sell! Even their site is misleading I will never buy from materialflow.com, but will from Wescomfg.com when I want the truth!!! The REAL company is Wescomfg.com
