Went in last week to order new glasses and had the pleasure of working with Aliyah. The most enjoyable glass buying experiences I have ever had. Aliyah is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. She has a great sense of humor. Thank you for making this process so enjoyable.

My husband had an appointment we walked in, there was a worker sitting at the front desk she never spoke never asked if we could be helped a young man came from the back and was very helpful he took my husband and asked all the questions before seeing the “dr” her In turn was slow was on the phone in the back office and wasn’t professional we sat there for a hour and what made us walk out was a lady came in 30 mins after us and she was called before us. Will never go back and won’t recommend

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Visionworks Montgomery and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that made me feel at ease. The staff ensured my check-in process was quick and seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Consiglio herself was incredibly professional and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained each step of the examination process with clarity and patience. Her expertise was evident, and she made sure to address all my questions, providing detailed explanations that were easy to understand. The ophthalmic technicians were skilled and gentle, ensuring that each test was conducted with precision and care. What stood out the most was the genuine concern and personalized attention I received throughout my visit. Dr. Consiglio and her team went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. The follow-up care and detailed instructions provided for my treatment plan were exceptional, leaving me confident in the care I received.
Overall, my experience was outstanding. The combination of a knowledgeable and compassionate team, and a patient-centered approach makes this a top choice for anyone seeking care. I highly recommend Dr. Consiglio and her staff for their exceptional service and dedication to patient care.

I came to you establishment to purchase a spare frame for my current glasses that I purchased recently. The reason that I came was that I was able to attain 60% reduction off cost. Customer service was just fantastic.

My Nike glasses broke - AGAIN. A very nice and skilled lady named Alyah repaired them free of charge last. I will be back to see here for a much needed back up pair! Thanks Alyah!

There is no communication between the patient and the doctor. I was given eyedrops and not told why. I was told to go sit in the waiting room but wasn't sure for how long, or if my visit completed. When the doctor was seeing another patient, and the other patient left, I approached the doctor and was told very rudely "you need to wait, I just got done with a patient". The doctor told me she was writing me a script but didn't tell me why. When I addressed this lack of communication and tried to get real answers, I was cut off repeatedly.
If you want to use this doctor and have a conversation with her, you have to force her to sit and listen. Shes at the point in her career that she's just going through the motions.

Had a great experience recently. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Sherman went out of her way to see if I could get a same day contact fitting and told me about a promotion that was going on for free contacts.
Hisan fit me in his schedule to teach me how to use contacts. He was very kind and patient. I felt more than comfortable learning from him.

if they had a negative 10 i would have given it !! this place is the worst since the new owners took over. they have no idea what they are doing ordered and paid in full for my contact lenses then order glasses which was to be paid in full by my insurance well they sent both to my insurance company and they refused to pay. then told me i needed to pay MORE money for my contacts and refused to order my glasses. went back 3 times to get it straightened out. The MANAGER who would not give me her name was ignorant and nasty and demanded i pay $41 more i refused and was told i was stealing from the company and she was going to call the police after i called her a bit#h Do Not Go there for glasses !!! BUT PLEASE USE DR IRA LITMAN HE IS WONDERFUL. GET HIM TO DO YOUR EXAMS AND GET YOUR CONTACTS OR GLASSES SOMEWHERE ELSE 10 stars for dr litman. Negative 10 for the people working there and the manager

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Visionworks that left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. I initially went to Visionworks because I due for a new prescription and check up. When i got my glasses I was experiencing discomfort and vision issues with the glasses I purchased there. Upon voicing my concerns to the staff, I was met with dismissive responses and a lack of concern for my well-being. Despite clearly explaining that the glasses were causing me headaches, blurry vision, and discomfort, the staff repeatedly asked me the same questions without addressing my concerns. They seemed more interested in pushing me to continue wearing the glasses rather than acknowledging the possibility of an issue with the prescription. When I requested a reexamination to ensure the accuracy of my prescription, I encountered further incompetence. Firstly, there was a miscommunication regarding my appointment time, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Then, during the reexamination, the doctor failed to conduct a thorough assessment, only repeating the same responses I had already heard. Why continue to schedule me a re examination if you won't go through with it? Moreover, I was told that my glasses were checked again for any issues with the frame, but this was simply not true. The glasses remained in their box throughout the entire appointment, and no inspection was conducted in my presence. Overall, my experience with Visionworks was extremely disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, failure to address customer concerns, and apparent disregard for quality assurance make it clear that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to seek eyewear services elsewhere, where their needs are truly valued and addressed.

I love the staff at this location. Hisan Moseley was so extremely helpful when guiding on how to put in my contacts for the first time. He was patient and friendly and made jokes to ease the stress of the situation.

I had a great experience at VisionWorks in Montgomeryville. The staff was very helpful, there was a large selection of glasses, and I was able to take my time making my decisions. Everything about the exam and the cost was clearly explained highly recommend.
