I bought the stupid screen protector that an employee hyped up and said it was better than a glass screen protector and in less than 2 months it peeled off my phone screen while I was pulling it out of my pocket. Now they won't give me one for free they are barely willing to discount a new one.

Rude. Cancelling insurance with Verizon because they work with this horrible company. Needed screen repair which is free to me. Go there the rude incredibly unprofessional guy wouldn't put the screen on, claims he sees it is bent. Go to the mall the guy there said no problem 100 bucks no problem. Scam is either with Verizon or this company. I pay 60 dollars a month for insurance. If it didn't work fine then I replace the phone. Wouldn't even try.

After almost a month of an Asurion technician, or probably more than one, but three different appointments where this person FAILED to show up at our home (October 4, 13, and 21) we finally went to an uBreakitifix store in Montgomery Township, PA, and viola', within two hours the screen had been replaced and the phone (SE iPhone) works beautifully. The two lads were outstanding and very thorough and kind, as well.

Replaced Pixel 7 Pro screen and now my microphone does not work properly. Refused any remediation or troubleshooting although the issues are exactly consistent with the repair date.

Wonderful experience In customer care. I received extra help and guidance with a work phone that saved me a lot of headaches. Employees are friendly, understanding, and genuinely want to make the customers day better. Highly recommended. My issue was resolved 100%.

Amazing service. I spent an hour on the phone with tmobile and a Samsung technician, and they had no idea what was wrong with my phone. I brought it here, and they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in minutes.

The entire process was fast and efficient. I was able to have a free screen replacement with the insurance that I had with my iPhone. The salesperson at the Verizon store was a great help guiding me through the claim process. Once the claim was processed I was able to have a new screen within an hour of getting to the location. John the technician in the store was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. A great experience.

If you plan on going there call ahead and make sure everything is good to go. Then show up and be told they can't actually help you in store.It wouldn't be difficult to have copies of the claim form in store if they wanted people to actually be able to take advantage of the plans they offer.0 customer service or counter staff, they only put techs in the store so every single person who comes in with a question pulls a tech off of repairing stuff. 3 people in the store when I was there they couldn't help any of us even though 2 of us had plans with them.Not speaking poorly of the actual employees, they're in a no win situation. I'd look and sound that defeated too if my company treated customers like this

Brought an s20+ that wouldn't turn on. Went in back and then 30 seconds later comes out tells me its "the motherboard" .Then proceeded to tell me its unfixable and would need to send to samsung. Store and website littered with same day service messages. Didn't bother to diagnose, or do anything besides "ask someone in the back". Its a bad charge port, i already diagnosed it. Common issue with S20+. Figured a PHONE REPAIR STORE would have/do something. AnythingThese guys claim to be phone experts, they are not. They clean charge ports and replace cracked screens all day on the latest model. No technical diagnosis skills or tools to determine what's really wrong.Stay far far away, this place is a complete scam.

My phone is 2 years old and would not hold a charge. I lost a very precious video because it shut down when I stopped recording, even though it was 65% charged. My phone had cost $800, and works fine otherwise, so I really didn't want to buy a new one. I called uBreakiFix in Montgomeryville, and was told they could change the battery for $139, however, my model was difficult to get apart, and the screen was likely to break in the process. It would be an additional $255 to replace it. I decided that was still the better option. They were WONDERFUL! They were professional and courteous the entire time, they did NOT break my screen, and it was ready in the 3 hours it was promised. THANK YOU, uBreakiFix!!!

So I read all the reviews before taking my cracked s22 ultra. It seems like people mainly have issues with software repairs.They did a stellar job on my screen repair and they were quick with it. I got the phone back after about 3-4hours.Hopefully I won't have to, but I wouldn't mind coming back here for future hardware repairs. The screen looks brand new!Minus 1 star for losing my sim card at first but they eventually found it. Solid customer service.

I can't express my gratitude enough! Shane was excellent, caring, and patient. He completely transferred all my photos, calendars, notes, etc. He did it after two other places, and 5 other VZ and Samsung techs told me it couldn't be done! Also, thanks to John who gave me the confidence to come to their store. Highly recommend! Professional, friendly and caring!

Brought in a Samsung phone under warranty, the guy took it to the back, came back out, and said they won't honor the warranty. Didn't even try to find out what happened.
