I needed a new charging port they recommended I pay to have it cleaned ($40). I did, but it didn't solve my problem, then they decided to run a diagnosis saying I needed a new charging port ($100) why didn't they run the diagnosis to begin with so they could give me the most informed recommendation. I asked for a refund for the cleaning because it didn't work, and i felt they should have run the diagnosis first, and they said it was too late. imo, they stole $40 from me.

Outstanding service.. I was helped immediately for a small but pressing problem.. the cost was much lower than I expected and the tech was very friendly..Hats off to the amazing staff in the Montgomeryville location!

Worst service ever. Took my phone to get the screen fixed, and when I went to pick it up I was told the motherboard was broken because it wouldn't charge. Then I plugged it in to show them it did charge, but they had already closed my warranty claim. One of the guys then takes the phone to see if the new screen works, and he comes back saying it's defective and he's not sure what the problem is. Two minutes later the other guy says the screen actually does work, so I have to spend 30 minutes reopening my warranty claim in order to complete the sale. I finally get my phone back, and now the front camera has a red film on the inside of the new screen because they left a protective sticker on it. Overall, terrible service that took way too long, and the technicians were clueless.

The unmitigated gaul they jerked me around it's been 3 weeks now and they couldn't order a God dang battery that every single Xfinity Comcast Samsung phone uses. The Xfinity doors IE Comcast are not permitted by corporate to change these batteries but are kind enough to explain this complicated so it's not their fault cuz I found out that that's bull it's complicated but definitely doable to change the battery but they had to send me to this You Break I Fix and they were going to order the battery and have it in 6 days I went about my business and after like 12 days I ordered a battery from Amazon and carefully follow the instructions to change the battery myself and I'm not good at all that type of thing. When Comcast sent me to the fixed company they explained it was going to cost me $85 and when I got to you fix it they confirmed it anyway we got other things to do that run around like idiots. Thankfully I know the technicians at my local Comcast for a long time and their experts so they do not jerk you around it's the corporate Network that has pathetic rules like you can't even buy a case for a new phone in the store! Anyway be prepared go to the store in person whatever your problem if it's all possible and get the exact truth and expertise so you can proceed either there or in whatever alternative they will instruct you to do.

I took my Google Pixel phone in to repair the forward facing camera at the recommendation of Google on a Friday morning. I have the Pixel Pass, so the repair should have been covered. When I dropped the phone off I was told it should be completed in 2-3 hours, but really should be done sooner than that. 4 hours later, having heard nothing, I called to see if it was ready. I was told it would be ready in a half hour. When I arrived to pick up my phone, I was told that the camera was fine and just had dust in front of it, which they cleaned out; however, when they were putting my phone back together they broke the screen, which resulted in several thick white lines going from the top to the bottom of the screen. They said they ordered a replacement screen, but it would not be in until Sunday or Monday (2-3 days away). I was assured it would only take a few minutes to replace and they would cover the cost. They offered to give me a lesser version of my phone as a loaner, but seeing as I use this phone for work, security would not allow that. So, I had to use the phone with the broken screen, which made it incredibly difficult to read/respond to emails and texts. During this conversation the employee offered no apology other than "at least we fixed your camera."Sunday and Monday came and went with no update. I called on Monday and Tuesday to get a status but not additional information was provided. Finally on Wednesday, my husband called again and this time got an answer and took the phone in to get fixed. When he arrived, he was told the repair would take at least an hour.In adiition Pixel Pass was supposed to cover the cost of the camera repair, but the uBreakiFix employees insisted that was not true. They made no effort to look into it or understand that it was insurance for the phone, so we had to pay out of pocket and deal with it on the back end.Overall it was a very frustrating experience that resulted in damage to my phone, extra trips to the store, poor communication with the staff, and days without a fully functioning phone.I would not recommend going here if you have other options.
