My mother (70+) and I went shopping today excited about the Red Hangar sale. Though this location is undergoing massive renovation and is blazingly hot in the store, the customer service was still top notch! They've done everything possible to make sure the shopping experience is as easy as it can be.
My mother sat down in the fitting room before trying on clothes... I was still looking around the store and did not notice she was distressed, until I saw an associate asking her if she was ok and needed a water. Mom's health is pretty poor but we were shopping because it's one of her favorite things to do, especially at Talbots! Thank you to the associate (Im so sorry I dont know your name!) who made sure my mom was ok and brought her bottled water! That was super kind of you! Thank you to the associate (again, im sorry i do not know your name ??♀️) who helped us order items online and made sure we had all of the right sizes!
Stacey, your team at North Wales is excellent. Thank you so much! We appreciate the attentive customer service we are always given while shopping with you guys! 5 Stars!

Today (12-26-2023) I went into the store with my mother and daughter to make a return. As we approached the counter (already judged) to hand the lady my shoes (not worn in a bag from Giant and tag in the shoe) refused to return them. 1.) they were purchased back in August as a Christmas present. 2.) told me they were from the outlet and she has never seen them before. 3.) coldly said well it is a 60 day return policy and gave me the shoes back. As someone who works in retail you should be training your associates to be kind and get them to know the inventory. Also it was a Christmas gift your have to be so stingy about a return policy? Cannot offer an exchange? My mother has been a cardholder forever and it is beyond sad you looked at her with disrespect. Will not be returning to that store.

The sales associates at this location are top notch. I went in on 10/7 to find an outfit for an event I had to attend that evening. I had just had surgery on 10/5 and was not feeling up to the event. Well by the time I left Talbots, I was energized for the event. Melissa truly helped me find a great versatile casual outfit to wear to my bf 50th. She listened to my thoughts, questions and concerns. She was very professional in finding me the best outfit!

I usually don’t ever post reviews but I had to do it this time I went into Talbots on 7/5/2023 to do some shopping for myself as I walked in Talbots I wasn’t greeted by anyone instead I was frowned upon because of my skin color. Moreover, I purchased 2 dresses as I walked to the counter to pay for my items instead, I was questioned to death by the cashier she wanted to know my name, my last name, zip code, then had the nerve to ask me for my phone number then asked me if I went by a nickname then says oh your not in our system have you shopped at our store before! I told her yes I have. But my question was if I’m paying for these items what does it matter? I honestly felt racially profiled by this woman because all she saw was my skin color, and she made the assumption that I couldn’t pay for my items. She questioned me so much that I had to tell her look ma’am with all due respect I would like to pay for my items please and thank you after this experience I will not be back to Talbots most importantly not at this location ever some of the women in that particular store are rude and racism is real in there management needs to do a better job at training there employees.

Went into Springhouse store about 2 weeks ago. I have little to no style. Jennifer came to my rescue. She had me looking good and feeling great. I will definitely be back. My suggestion ask for Jennifer when help is needed. She is not pushy and will be very truthful it it's just not for you. Love it!!! Thanks for your help.

I am so aggravated with Talbots. My bill was due on February 2.The mail was slow so they charged me $25.00 interest. I told the girl this was wrong so she charged me $1.22. I don't care about the$1.22 but its the principal of the thing. Why am I blamed that the mailis late? This is absolutely ridiculous. Sign me Aggravated CustomerTalbots, No More

I have bought a lot of Talbots clothes, because they are timeless and easy to accessorize. I bought something online that was not what I expected and even though there were very strict terms on the return, the ladies at the front desk made a deal that was totally fair and I will continue to shop there. Thank you, Talbots, English Village.
