Waited for 15 minutes was never even acknowledged as I walked in or as I was browsing through the store. Only dealing with one customer. A little customer service goes a long way.

Ordered 2 new phones here in March. Took more than 2 hours to do so, and my name is still misspelled on every statement. To add insult to the injury employees quietly added $21 extra in accessories to our order and kept to themselves

One of the rudest costumer service I have ever experienced. I received a call from my mom bc the guy is speaking in a very loud and aggressive tone to her. Also they created an issue with my phone that costumer service couldn’t fix They were explain to me and my mom in a disrespectful tone. They also put in an order that I switched my phone and I never traded in my phone. Super disrespectful could have been handled better. I never make reviews but I never been disrespected this much

There in store customer service is terrible on even the best day. We went to get a new phone and trade in the old one but since they processed it wrong they couldn't give us the $200 dollar credit. They said the manager would call us the next day, he never did. Called back again and they ended up giving us $100 off the next two bills. Not exactly what we were promised but it worked. My son got a new phone and they talked him into a free tracker at $2 per month. It literally took us 2 hours on the phone and 1 store trip to cancel it.

The I phone gives my hand jock itch and dermatitis very disappointed , maybe they’ll come up with an apple glove to use these stupid thing deff won’t be coming back

All of the workers in the store treated me great and knew what they were doing. Walked in wanting a new phone and was out of the store less than an hour later with no complaints. Will be back with any questions.

Staff were great. Great customer service. Explained everything so that it was transparent which I appreciated. Didn't have the phone we wanted in stock so they called all around to try and get it for us which they did and got it done. Shout out to Briana for her doing a great job taking care of us.
