I have been going to Flip's for over a decade now. He always has a smile even when it's bad news. He always has options for me and that gives me confidence in his abilities as a mechanic. He never overwhelms me with numbers and just speaks plainly about what's going on. If he was a doctor his bedside manner would be impeccable!!! I love my mechanic.
