The biggest reason for my low rating is that they turned me away before closing when I had a return bc they already shut down register. Wish they were more accommodating to customers who don't live near a location to come back again. They do have a nice product selection though, especially electronics.

Went to the store for a toner and placed online order in the store due to the better online price. The young man working in the back office processed my order in minutes. Unbelievable efficiency! He and the young lady at the customer service were both a pleasure to talk to. Excellent service! I had a great experience in the store. Please keep up with the good work. Thank you!

I wanted to get a few copies made with the tear/water proof paper and they did not have it. Would have accepted and alternative using the self service machines if I had to and was told only the one kind of paper in them was what I had to use. Staples has fallen so far down it's just not worth going there for specialty work.

The guy working the drop off is extremely rude and condescending. Never shipping my stuff out at a staples location ever again if this is how they train their staff.

Corrisa was very rude and I begged her to help me, even though she had no one else to print on the ware but me, and when I asked her how to get the print out, she snorted and briefly spoke in an unintelligible rude tone and quickly backed away. . Thank God I was able to do it myself without her help but I'm left with a bad case of rudeness and I don't want to come here again.??

I get my supplies here. You can recycle your used toners as well. Clean and organized.

Great service. Every employee said hi and asked if I needed help. Very friendly. I only came in to return an Amazon package for the first time, and the lady was so nice and so patient with me. I was handed a $10 coupon off of $30, so I started looking around and found a few things. The handsome gentleman saw me coming to the register and said if I was ready, he would help me, and I said yes. Great service, keep up the work.

Terrible printing experience. They were too busy to do a custom print job with card stock so I opted to self print on printer paper by sending an email to the Staples print function. I tested it out and the first page came out with a “Mail body: print” message at the top and pushed my document to two pages. I asked the employee at the printer station how to get rid of it and he said most customers white it out, but sometimes it will go away if I “open” the document. That direction didn’t make sense within the interface, so I went to UPS and printed no problem on printer paper.Staples shouldn’t offer custom printing services because they don’t have the staff to support it.

Update your systems. Printers can't read my USB, the printme email didn't send a reply with the code, and I ended up having to overpay for pay-per-minute computer that's extremely slow. Staff were very nice though. Shame.

I put a pickup order in for 2 HP ink cartridges and had my wife pick them up while in the area. They are both expired, one by 2 years. Now I have to go to a store and return these and get new ones.

Truly exceptional service! I needed odd-size official passport-type photos for an international citizenship application with many, very specific photo requirements. The store manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide me with special care, double-checking to make sure the photos taken met all the requirements and even clipped them to the special, custom~size restrictions required by the government. I had previously been to a CVS and 2 other places who failed to do it correctly (and billed me) or just said they couldn’t. Would give 10 stars if I could. Great example for other businesses to follow.
