This is not against the North Wales store but Soma corporate. Spent over $100 which included a bra that 6 weeks later, with occasional use, the underwire poked out of. Contacted customer service via email who told me no return or exchange because item was worn. These items are expensive! I've bought MUCH cheaper bras that have lasted longer than a year without a problem. Had to call customer service and 45 minutes later it was taken care of. I am grateful an exchange was finally approved. But Why waste people's time? Don't use online chat or email customer service. Call them! Customer service agent was very helpful!

Miriam is wonderful!!! She really knows how to fit you with the best bra for your body type. She has infinite patience! She fitted me with many different kind ofbras and I settled on 2 bra types that fit perfectly, unlike others I had tried. I liked them so much that I bought 4 of each kind. The only issue I have with Soma is that you're not supposed to wear them if you return them. First of all I don't wear anything without giving it a quick wash. Secondly, you don't know if it's comfortable if you don't wear it. One wear and you will know. I am thankful that all the worked out, but I wouldn't have known if I didn't wear them.

Not the experience I wanted, the women crewing gum loud and mouth open , rude and disrespectful to your customer . Plus, it did not look like she brushed her hair, and her pant zipper was open. The store also opened 10 minutes after the posted time. The over all store looked nice but first impressions are everything

My first fitting went ok but when I wore one it was clear it didn’t fit. I went back assuming I was stuck with the one I wore but they took it back! Great service!

Best experience at a bra store possible. Definitely go when they have a sale. Almost half off all the time.

Very disappointing when you walk into a store and the associates cannot pause there personal conversation for a second to greet a client. Ok, maybe it was an important conversation. So you shop around for a good ten minutes obviously looking for sizes and you still are not offered any assistance. What a shame. A simple hello goes a long way. More training is definitely needed.

I always love going here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. As a woman who is a little shy they make it comfortable to be in there shopping for a girls biggest expense. The prices are a little steep but they always have great sales. The price is worth the quality. I highly recommend.
