Staff was extremely rude when I came in just to browse. Their prices aren't really the best, but I used to stop in and purchase stuff here due to convenience.Never had issues previously, but then again.. I've always spent money upon walking in.I am not a new customer and have spent hundreds in this shop previously - I did not appreciate the rude attitude of the gentlemen while just attempting to browsing for new products.I've happily taken my business elsewhere.

I called to get a price on cigarette products, but I was informed that pricing is not given over the phone. Since I'm a potential customer, what store refuses to provide prices over the phone but then uses the justification that other stores are calling to inquire about costs?

The guy inside was really helpful and cool. Picked out a medicali and a few accessories for a lot less than I would've thought. Will be back around to get more things next time.Edit: It was once a 5 star review, but the lady with the hurry up and buy and get out attitude when me and my partner were just choosing nicotine salts brings us to a very "mid" experience.

I went to smokers Bruce today to find my new piece since I can’t find a smoke shop in my area and khloe helped me out during my visit, she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions gracefully. She had many options for me to choose from and the shop was very clean. I can’t wait for my next stop in they have an amazing selection

I’ve been stopping by to this smoke shop for the past 5 years. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the prices you can’t beat. Plus they have real raw items not fake ones like some places. Great shop!!

I called to get a price for tobacco supplies and was told they dont give out prices over the phone. Honestly what store doesnt give out prices over the phone yet they used the excuse saying its because other stores are calling asking prices which made no sense as im a potential customer
