A man who has served me and my partner alcohol multiple times, keep in mind I am well over 21, told us he needs both of our ids and we’re lucky this time. Sounds like he was just mad he had to make us food at 12:30am, sorry buddy that 12:30 is when some people get off their shifts!!!! We are regulars to this place, again this man has served us before, but the disrespect was unbearable. There are many amazing workers here who recognize the individuals who help keep their business going but, this guy wasn’t it!!! Don’t waste your time here if you get off of work late! There’s a Wawa up sumneytown pike about 2 minutes away, better to spend your money there.

The worst service ever. This is by far the wort royal farm location. Kid was on the phone the entire time making my food and forgot my Mac and cheese. I didn't realize it as I had to go find and bag and the bag holder fell so I picked it all up. When I asked for help he just walked away. Oh and they burned my waffle. Avoid this location. Zero stars

The hot chocolate machine sprayed boiling hot liquid on me and they DO NOTHING to fix the situation. don’t use the cappuccino machine if it’s that gummed up (gross) awful customer service. Not even a free coffee or an apology until I’m leaving. Cowardice and lack of initiative to solve or repair the situation.

Nice clean place to get gas. Lots of pumps and good to have the 88 octane grade. Went into the store and found the clerk standing but asleep at mid-day. Courtesy was not in her skill set as when asked where an item was she pointed generally and seemed annoyed I asked.

Courtney is the absolute best!! Not only does she always make sure people checking out don’t wait, but she is super sweet and very friendly! A few weeks ago she went out of her way to help me, even though she didn’t need to. And I had the pleasure of running into her again tonight. This girl needs a raise!! She goes above and beyond! I got a spicy church sandwich and a small mashed potato. The chicken sandwich is not a spicy chicken sandwich. It’s a sandwich with two chicken tenders on it with hot sauce. The mashed potato’s tasted like wall paper paste. Disgusting

Place is terrible. Don’t waste your time going here. Poor customer service, self-checkout machines are often broken. There aren’t enough employees staffed or available (no dedicated person for checkout even during rush hour times). Prices of items on shelves are not correct, and ring-up at higher prices (be careful with that). Their freezers are often empty on soft drinks. The worst fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life.

I waited until the 4th bad experience to write about it. Each time I've gotten breakfast at this place it's been bad. I've gotten cold food, sandwiches on bread that's falling apart, and straight up the wrong thing. I can't speak to the quality of the rest of the food but the breakfast needs a lot of work.

Been there to get a quick bite to eat before a few times and now I notice they won't make my food until well after I've paid for it. Not at all what they do for other customers who are not black. I almost didn't want it after I noticed the woman making it wasn't wearing a hair net.

World's best chicken????? Ok tell me another joke. Bro the food was total trash. 3 teenagers they don't know whet there doing served me an old chicken from like yesterday. Sad I could no go back or refund it so threw it out . Please do not advertise best chicken if the kids don't know whet they are doing.
