I have a Pete's car wash subscription and usually go to the East Norriton location but happened to be up near the North Wales location and stopped by. Terrible decision. The line was SO long - took about 15 minutes to even get into the car wash. The wash itself also did a bad job. It left wax streaks on my car and did a poor job drying, so there were water spots as well when it finally air dried.

I tried Pet's today. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I had a wash and wax. The car looks great. There was no line when I was there. Very nice job.

Really happy with the customer service at Pete’s Car Wash. it turns out I thought I was choosing the package that included tire shine but I wasn’t. The site manager James sent me back through the car wash to show me difference. I’m not ecstatic that I have to pay a significant amount to add tire shine, but I appreciate the clarification and customer service.

I'm warning you all about using Pete's Express Car Wash. After purchasing a brand new vehicle, I used their facility for a week only to discover scratches all around my car. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage caused. Be aware!Their response was“The damage present in all photos shown is not consistent with our wash equipment. Here at Pete's Express Car wash we use the latest technology with neoglide foam brushes that are specifically designed not to scratch a vehicle's paint. We value your' opinion and business, if this was damage that we felt we were responsible for we would have no problem covering the repair. However, we will not be accepting responsibility for the damage shown on your vehicle. “

The attendant did not spray my car before it started down the line. I bought the highest level wash and my car is still dirty. It didn't even get all the pollen off!

Reasonable pricing but sponges are still pretty new and leaves small scratches all over your car ps employees are not nice if pull in slow they give you attitude, I pulled up little fast the other day, and one guy said "slow the f down"
