So tried to return a $24 pair of jeans (with ALL ORIGINAL tags still on) and purchase $120 worth of merchandise. However the STRICT 30 day return window expired 5 days ago. So the manager whose name is Catlin or something like that, would not budge and actually seemed to enjoy the power trip of making no exception and was happy to lose the $120 purchase I was making and a customer. I don’t know what school she went to, but apparently math or basic business wasn’t in the curriculum. Unbelievable. Left shaking my head. Old Navy is a sinking ship with managers like this running the business.

Cashier did not put correct billing address in for an old navy credit card. The credit card was mailed to a wrong address. This caused problems paying the bill. Had to close the account because of this.

Very disappointed with Old Navy! I was not aware of the change w/ their Return Policy. Went to return 2 items I bought online and was told I couldn't return them bc of new 30 day return policy that I never knew anything about. I shop Old Navy online all the time and have been a loyal customer for more then 20 years. I wasn't even offered a store credit. Now I'm stuck with 2 items I don't want. The strict return policy SUCKS! Go back to the 90 day return policy. BEWARE

Very well made clothing. I have a sweatshirt that's probably 20 years old and it's holding up very well. The employees were kind and didn't hassle me. Prices are fair considering the quality.

Pretty deceitful advertising signs, saying 50% off in large print, but "buy one get one" small print. In fact it's only 25% off (you need to buy two to get 50% off for the second item). I sounded this out to the store manager but got very irresponsible answer, something like it's the company's advertisement. I said you need to give feedback to the company to avoid deceiving customers by using these misleading signs. Very disappointed experience with the shop. Won't go there anymore.

Well, I just found out Old Navy just changed their return policy. All other business’ are becoming more lenient but Old Navy just made it super strict compared to pretty much anywhere else.I shop here 3x/month and no one ever notified me of the change. Went in to return something ($30 worth) and was denied even store credit. I feel as a loyal customer a one time should have been allowed during this change. Nope. Won’t be shopping here anymore. Buyer be aware. Their return policy is now one of the strictest I’m familiar with. No store credit.

The stars are all for Sally who sensed I could use help narrowing down my choices so I would come within budget of all the clothes I found. She even took the colors of items I was debating and mentioned how she's a sweater (I am too) and certain colors show sweat spots. What a gem. Give that woman a raise, she sets the standard on customer service.

Nice employees but what's the point of saying they're going to hold something for me for a certain amount of days when they can't even find it when I go pick it up?Waste of a trip.
