I was in there and had the most wonderful woman named Helen take care of my feet and I would love to go see her again. I had a woman named Linda do a full set for me. It’s just two weeks and they already need to be done. I went in The nail salon last minute, so I had no cash with me. I used a card. I tipped each woman on my card. Helen was very thankful for her tip and truly she deserved more. Linda spent the rest of my manicure yelling at me because I tipped on a card and I should always have cash and I should have went to a cash machine before I came in and now my $10 tip is only going to be seven dollars, I don’t know why. Even the young girl next to me, looked at me and said this is ridiculous. I don’t need be yelled at In English or in a foreign language because I did not have cash with me. I always use cash for tips for that reason I will not go back.

I was in a pinch and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt being that it is a mall nail salon. I walked in with my daughter and we were greeted with “ hurry up and pick a color “ ignoring that and still wanting to try them I showed the lady exactly what I wanted something so simple black polish with a gold line she was rude didn’t talk and was very rough at this point I should have just gotten up and walked. She completely butchered not only my nail but my skin as well. She was drilling into my skin on fingers to a point she had to stop because I was bleeding. Heated at this point I sat quietly and said okay maybe she had a method to her madness and they will be fine not fine at all. I can’t even tell you the whole scenario because it will be a long paragraph needless to say not even 24 hours later the gel polish is peeling and my fingers and hands are black Called them to tell them and she said come back in and they will re do I said I don’t want you to think my nails again not even for free. So please everyone trust your gut and keep walking I really don’t know how they are still in business. If I could give no stars I would.

Rude employees. Did not listen to what I wanted and openly argued with me, telling me what I wanted wasn't possible or that it won't look right, despite having had it provided by other salons. She became angry with me for politely asking questions, kept shoving my hand back at me for me to inspect length after I requested short nails than Fritos. I walked out with nails that were the exact opposite of what I asked for, after paying $110. Nails were crooked, the tech made me BLEED from being careless and rushed with the electric filer, my fingertips are caked with powder dip gel, I didn't even receive any cuticle grooming with my manicure. This place is awful and deserves zero stars.

I don't like to post reviews unless a business is really bad - that means I rarely ever post reviews Tried to save time as I was already in the mall. Worst manicure of my life. I am not a picky person. I just needed polish removed and repainted with clear. Didn't remove all of the nail polish which was regular polish mind you, used her drill which hurt on my real nails She never filed my nails, not sure why as she asked me if I wanted them round or square because she never did it She didn't get the dirt out from underneath my nails so I spent time after getting the dirt out with my tweezers Then she literally slapped some lotion on my hands and I rubbed it in She asked if I wanted a 2nd coat - isn't that standard? And I know it's just clear but she painted all around my skin, very sloppy, so now I'm peeling that off But she did comment that my eyebrows needed to be done, which I just had done elsewhere Waste of money and time

This people are the rudest people I ever seen . My mother in Law went and trying to use a color on her nail that she did not like . And once she tried to ask for another color , the guy went crazy and start to yell and scream . To the point I was about to call the police , but the other girls working there came to me and tried to stop me from calling the police . However what happened , they did not even offer to give this complementary service . I really don’t recommend this place .Service: Pedicure

Absolutely horrible! I called on the phone and the owner told me the price of my nails would be $40. When I got there and after he put them on he told me $80! Also overcharged my daughter! They charge “extras” for everything. They claimed my nails were long and they are super short! The owner kept saying don’t worry I will take care of you and they never did they just overcharged me and took my money! Complete crooks!!! Also my pedicure looks blotchy and my nails were not done as I requested. Do not go here unless you want to get overcharged!!!! There are so many better places in the area!!!Services: Acrylic nails

i had to get an acrylic fix here and it was the worst one i've ever had done and the experience was bot much better. i went in wanting a white long, skinny, coffin shaped one but i came out with a glitter short and wide one. shorter than the other nails. the nail tech i had would not stop bragging about how good their products were. when i told her where i usually go to get them done and the price, she proceeded to tell me cheap places give bad manicures. it's the same price.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. What a rip off, I can't believe what a horrible job they did on my nails, the woman actually cut multiple nails crooked, got the polish everywhere but on my nail and didn't file my nails, didn't do my cuticles...didn't do much of anything. What a mess... and the spa pedicure?!! The one that was supposed to have a hot stone massage...she literally ran the stone up and down each leg once!

Lady was extremely rude I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I live super close to this salon now I have to drive far to a salon but I'm willing to do that because this place is not worth it. I would give a negative rating if possible

The staff was amazing and very friendly and patient with my young daughters, especially with my 6 yr old! They do incredible work, and are nail artists! I highly recommend!

This woman drilled into my natural nail MULTIPLE times on 2 different nails. Then told me I was sensitive and to trust her as she’s done this for 25 yrs. UNREAL. Do not go here. There is also a horrible scent of urine or something in here. She did not clean one piece of equipment after waiting on me. 3 hours later and my finger is still throbbing.Service: Acrylic nails

I needed my acrylics removed on my lunch break and it was super painful. I also asked to keep my nails long and just shape them since my real nails had grown nicely. She cut them down to stubs and shaped them oddly. She was nice but kept checking her phone a lot. I just wanted something simple and quick, so you get what you ask for.
