These guys charged me more than the advertised price of a device on the metro site. Told me they had to sell protection plan. Backed down when I called metro and gave me the proper price

The worker in there an older lady named Khristian is nice but absolutely had no clue what she’s doing and unfortunately she is the only person in the store. If your going to have someone working a store alone at least make sure they are trained correctly!

Went there on Tuesday to buy screen protectors, the guy flipped out at me when I peeked at the ones on the counter since I couldn't find the right ones on display. He made me so uncomfortable. And then he kept questioning me if I was picking the right one, i was so uncomfortable I just wanted to buy and leave.And then, when we get home it turns out we did grab the wrong ones so we went there yesterday to return the wrong ones. And for 3 hours they had the closed, be back later sign.We're going to try to go there again today but there should be at least two agents on the floor at all times, so if one person has to leave they aren't just closing the store for hours on end.

I'm an existing customer. I went to see if they had any good deals for us and employee was texting and ignoring us. Then he got up , we asked about deals and he pretty much pointed the cellphones near him and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Not because he was ill or anything I feel he was not having a good day or didn't like his job. Metro if you ask why you are not getting any sales, this is why.I've worked in retail for almost 17 years and I always made my customers a priority.Metro take care of your employees or you will lose business.

This store is not a real T-mobile store. Beware. Go to the brick and mortar off 309. Charged me $20 on cc for helping me! T-mobile did refund me, but I will never go back there again.

Horrible horrible service it's like a ghetto of metro one manager has no idea what the other one doing district managers laughing at customers and thus company allowed it my service was shut off because they forget to process payment lol pathetic people new owners that got the company are even worse then previous owners those guys were at least respectful do not EVER go to this location avoid at all cost you will be scammed sounds like one of those Russian scams

I had a wonderful experience! Daiyonna, Amber and Kayla were beyond helpful, very knowledgeable and kind. They helped me with my phone and questions I had about my bill, I was in and out quick. Alex, who I assume is the manager, has lied on multiple occasions about services. When I stopped in yesterday to buy a new phone, he told me that his system was down and had been since the previous night. He could not process any transactions or assist any customers what so ever. Why be open then? Fishy. When I went to their corporate store, I had them confirm that nothing was wrong with their system, nor the system at the mall store. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN ANY STORE EVER.
